Back in the office means back to swag. Today's happy little critter is a foam rhino that goes back to TechEd 2004 in San Diego. The rhino is one of a few animal stress relievers from Microsoft and NetIQ. The party on Wednesday night at the San Diego Zoo was called The Rumble in The Jungle, so you can see the animal theme here.

This is my new hat. Just so you know, I <3 hats. I've even made my own steampunk hats. (I bought some vintage fedoras and sewed skeleton keys, gears, watch faces, and lace on them.)

I love my new hat; it goes my new short haircut really well.

Cisco Hand-Powered Flashlight - 2013 88/365 by Scott Ladewig

This is one of the most practical swag items I have. This Cisco hand-powered flashlight came from TechEd 2009 in Los Angeles. Slide one switch to release the "crank" and you can squeeze the lever as long as you like to charge the battery. It is an LED flashlight so it lasts a long time and shines bright.
