This is my favourite image from the Central Strobists SVR shoot.

Taken at 1/25th f/4.0 ISO 100.

Using a YN 460-II flash with softbox about 45 degrees camera right to balance the dusk sky.

PP in Lightroom 4 using a preset I downloaded called " Cold tones" which I then adjusted to suit.
