An honest example of the venerable Mini, supplied by A.C Lowson Ltd of Barnard Castle; a rural garage still working as an MOT centre. The sheer size difference between this and the Citroen C1 in front is evident, especially how low it is - it was lower than the sporty Boxster next to it.
That bottom sill looks serious however; the rust has spread all the way along and into the arch, but beyond that it seems pretty sound as it was the only advisory on the last MOT in July where it was showing 13,984 miles (113,984 due to the 5 digit odo). Quite surprised to see it's only a two owner car, which has been with its current owner since February 20th 1998 when it was just two months old.
This is a 1970s-vintage galley cart from SAS airlines; when I found it at an aircraft scrapyard, it looked like this.
I cleaned it up at a self-serve car wash, then built some interior shelves out of acrylic plastic. The cart opens on both sides; this side holds the booze, mixers, and bags of pretzels; the back side holds glasses and barware. When not in use, everything stows neatly inside.
Needless to say, next time you see someone scooping up piles of napkins and bags of peanuts during your next flight, it may be me, trying to re-stock my cart. Flight attendants are usually pretty indulgent when I explain that I use a galley cart as a bar in my living room.

Anglia Car Auctions, King's Lynn -
"The ownership details provided by a previous keeper show that this 3 Litre was first owned by a Fire Chief (believed in County Durham), then on display in a Leyland Dealership showroom before being purchased by John D Hull, Ford Dealer, in County Durham in 1981 having covered 18,802 miles. During the seven years of their ownership, only a further 250 miles were added to the odometer before being sold on in 1988 to a collector in Dartmoor. The mileage covered by him was only 650 in ten years until 1998. Seven owners in total with the last two registered since 2012. Comes with a handful of older invoices and eleven various MoTs dating from 1979 through to early 2000's. The vendor is warranting the mileage of 24,507.
