Mit einem souveränen 4:1 gegen den Tabellenzweiten aus Guntramsdorf baut die Aflenzer-Elf den Vorsprung in der Tabelle weiter aus, mittlerweile beträgt er schon komfortable 13 Punkte!
Die Heimischen waren bereits am Nationalfeiertag im Meistercup im Einsatz, wo sie gegen Traiskirchen den Kürzeren zogen, doch dort spielten sie nur mit einer B-Mannschaft. Trainer Aflenzer konnte also aus dem Vollen schöpfen und schickte wieder seine Stammformation aufs Feld.
Damit war klar, dass es für die Gäste eine ganz schwierige Aufgabe wird, Punkte aus der Ferne mitzunehmen. Die Gastgeber starteten sehr bestimmend in die Partie und versuchten den Gegner mit Pressing früh unter Druck zu setzen. Bereits in der Anfangsphase hatte man gute Möglichkeiten, um in Führung zu gehen. Vorerst war aber noch die 2x die Stange im Weg, Eggendorf zu Beginn also nicht unbedingt im Glück. Doch es dauerte auch so nicht allzu lange bis die Heimischen das erste Mal jubeln durften. In der 21. Minute traf der Topscorer der Liga, Hasan Duman, zum 1:0 und es sollte nicht sein einziges Tor bleiben. Die Gäste steckten in Folge aber nicht auf und ihr Einsatz wurde nach einer halben Stunde auch belohnt. Josef Ehrenberger gelang in der 31. Minute der nicht unverdiente Ausgleich. Die Gastgeber wirkten nach dem Gegentreffer geschockt, nach 45 Minuten blieb es beim 1:1, mit dem die Seiten gewechselt wurden.
Gröss und 2x Duman machen alles klar ! Beide Trainer schickten nach der Pause die gleiche Elf aufs Feld und Eggendorf war bemüht so schnell wie möglich die neuerliche Führung zu erzielen. Das gelang dann auch in der 63. Minute: SR Heller gab Elfmeter und Daniel Gröss ließ sich die Chance nicht nehmen, um auf 2:1 zu stellen. Nur wenige Minuten später machte Duman Hasan mit seinem zweiten Tor in dieser Begegnung alles klar und sorgte für die Vorentscheidung (71.min). Sein Torhunger war an diesem Tag aber noch nicht gestillt, in der 80. Minute gab es erneut Elfmeter, der Goalgetter schoss trocken zum 4:1 Endstand ein!
Fazit: Über 90 Minuten gesehen ein verdienter Sieg für den Aufsteiger, bei dem es so aussieht, als ob sie unaufhaltbar in die Landesliga aufsteigen werden! Die Gäste rücken um einen Platz in der Tabelle zurück und sind nun mit Katzelsdorf und Leopoldsdorf punktegleich!
