Just a stray dog, walking around cold empty streets, looking at every window. You see happy people, so close and yet so distant. You would like to come in, but you can't - there is a glass. All doors are closed. And no one will hear the howl. You can look, but not touch. Because you're not a domestic dog. Some people might even call you a dangerous monster and call the hunters. No place is safe. Maybe it's better to leave the town. But you can't help but come closer to the windows. It's sad to see how everybody else is free to do what they want and you can't...

When I was trying to capture this idea, it took me quite a walk to find a place where I can stick my dog's nose to the window without accidentally showing what's inside (it doesn't matter for the story).
