This store is located in a floating village on Tonlé Sap lake in Cambodia. Tonlé Sap is part of the Mekong River system and the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. The size and depth of the lake change dramatically depending on wet or dry season so structures can't sit on pylons.

These are the extra quad-cameras I got at the dollar store. (I got three more than this, one for me, one for my daughter, and one for Dillon.)

This little country store in Lascassas, Tennessee is still open and doing business as it was when I was a college student back in the mid-50's. It isn't very big, but they seem to have absolutely everything.
You might want to stop by sometime if you are ever traveling Hwy 96 a few miles northeast of Murfreesboro in Rutherford County, Tennessee. It isn't on the main road anymore. A new highway by-passed Lascassas by about one block. It would be worth your time to loop through.

In The Flatwoods Community of Perry County, Tennessee. In my youth during the 50's and 60's, this was called "Coonhunter's" and the community was quite active. It was a frequent stop for my family when we traveled to Tennessee to visit relatives. Attempts to revive the building through the years as a store, restaurant, and a trading post all failed and there is very little left of the community today.
Visited the "Music Store" in Cologne, people here wear masks so it felt comfortable in the store.. I saw this couple I assume father and son, I liked how they were placed beside the collection of Guitars and trying one out..

This gas station and store combo sits west of Barstow and east of Hinkley in the Mojave desert. It was operated by a Mrs. McCormick and her son Bud in the 1940's and 1950's. No one seems sure when the doors were locked for the last time, but it's a good bet it was sometime around 1964, when a realignment of the highway routed the stream of customers away from the tiny enterprise. What's left of the place is now home to pigeons, mice, and probably any number of other unseen creatures. Soon, it will belong to the desert again. Thanks to _RedShoesGirl_ for the back story.

Myanmar Traditional Umbrella Storeroom, Bagan, Myanmar. Our guide bought a few traditional umbrellas, and in return, we were treated to an evening photo shoot when the owner lit up his store. As you can see, Burmese umbrellas are gorgeous.
Last week I visited my favorite second-hand store and in the back corner was this small table with a glossy gray ceramic Buddha, a brass lantern and empty picture frames.
