この時代、駅に出向いは日常的な風景だが、この線は見ることはできない・・・
a forgotten gas station under the scorching desert sun. the rusted sign stands as a silent witness to a time long gone. no cars, no people – just the wind and the distant mountains. the road stretches endlessly, leading nowhere. everything here feels abandoned, frozen in time. a scene of quiet desolation and nostalgia, like a memory that refuses to fade.

Day or night, early or late
the station throbs, sleeps not
People come, go, chasing their fate
the stations connect, separate, and twist in a knot.
Or maybe not.

From behind the house we have open fields which, when harvested, are full of the round hay bales we see today. Looking along the tracks that run between Aberdeen and Inverness there is Kintore Station, which is very handy now for getting to/from Aberdeen.

2013 was the last year of excistance for the old station of Nijverdal. Before the station was turned into a road I went to take some pictures during a free hour on school on the 15-02-2013. I waited on the commuter train and while waiting several pictures of the old situation was made. Here we see track 1 while the trains still run daily from track two.

Hua Hin Railway Station is located minutes from the city centre and you can easily take a stroll and view it on the way to the central night market, which is just a few blocks away. The train station is a tourist landmark both for foreign and local tourists, but also still serves as the main rail link between Bangkok and the South of Thailand. The train station is so famous in Thailand it’s image is often depicted in Souvenirs and is synonymous with Hua Hin City.
The Hua Hin Railway station is one of the oldest stations in Thailand, the original structure was built in 1910 in Nakhon Pathom for the Sanam Chandra Palace for the Royal Family. In 1967 Colonel Chulacharit relocated the original structure from Sanam Chandra Palace to its current location making it the VIP room for the Royals when they needed to travel by train to or from Hua Hin. To this day, you can view the original portion built for the Royal family, now called the Royal Waiting room, inside the station compound
The historic Califon train station was built around 1875 with locally quarried stone and volunteer labor, replacing a small wooden structure erected by the Central Railroad of NJ. This line was abandoned in 1976 when CNJ became part of the Conrail system. The track was removed in 1980 and the right of way now serves as a walking and bicycle route.

The Bicester village station was very quiet yesterday so I got this quick shot. It's very handy having the 5 axis image stabilisation on the Sony, this was handheld at 1/60 sec.
