Stockholm Central Station
Main railway station and Metro Station in Stockholm
A round opening in the floor of Stockholm Central Station "Centralstationen" to the underground passageway to the Metro Station "Tunnelbanan". The ring's railing is a wrought iron work of art and represents the four cardinal points with different figures.

The station is located at the northern side of the Nidd Viaduct off Station Road. Knaresborough is an historic market town, spa town and civil parish in the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is located on the River Nidd, 4 miles (6.4 km) east from the centre of Harrogate
In 1865 the North Eastern Railway replaced the 1851 station with a design by Thomas Prosser. The station was rebuilt c.1890. The 1851 Water tower is still extant. The station signal box (built 1890) is somewhat unusual in that it was built onto the end of an adjoining row of terraced houses on Kirkgate
Beyond the platforms eastbound was a tunnel which separated the station from the goods yard (now a bus depot) and the line's major junction. The tunnel is still extant with both north and south portals are now listed structures.

Rotterdam Zuid is a station in Rotterdam located on the Rotterdam Central - Dordrecht railway line. The first iteration was a station that opened in 1958 (Sybold van Ravesteyn). This edifice was demolished in 1988 to make room for the construction of the Willemsspoortunnel - it was located on the strip of land that was needed for a temporary rail track relating to the tunnel's construction. A new modernist station was opened in 1993 (Harry Reijnders), who also designed the new Rotterdam Blaak station, which opened that same year. (Source: Wiki)

When Daniel Station was in business, gasoline was 34 1/2 cents per gallon. If you wanted Hi Test gas you were out of luck but according to the sign over the door, you could buy motor oil. There was probably an attendant to pump your gas, which would have been a good thing in a snowy, windy Wyoming winter.
This was built in 1931 with an attached Parco Bonneville Garage. The garage lasted about 10 years, but the Texaco gas station operated into the 1960's. It was run by Buck Baker, who became the postmaster in 1949 and needed a post office building in a hurry, so he built a small log building inside his garage then tore down the garage portion of the building. This little filling station is the surviving part of that building. The Post Office also survives but is now deserted.

Duo of Czech 740-class locomotives (740.426 and 740.638) with international freight train 661010 from Meziměsti to Rogoźnica (here you can read the story about this very train, worth reading) approach Boguszów Gorce Wschód junction. Before it happens, the train will pass the area that used to be a freight station (Boguszów Gorce Towarowy, formerly Fellhammer Güterbahnhof) just after this curve. It seems more than 50 years ago the station tracks were dismantled. July 4, 2021.

Station Namen is een spoorwegstation in de stad Namen (Frans: Namur). Het is een belangrijk spoorwegknooppunt, waar de spoorlijnen 125, 130, 154, 161 en 162 samenkomen.
In 2002 werd het station volledig vernieuwd met een beton overkapping waarboven de nieuwe stationsfaciliteiten zijn gelegen. Qua drukte komt het station op de tweede plaats in Wallonië, na Ottignies maar voor Luik-Guillemins (reizigerstelling 2007 Het is het negende drukste station in België.
Er zijn 11 sporen, waarvan 2 sporen gereserveerd zijn voor het doorgaande goederenverkeer naar de Athus-Maaslijn via spoorlijn 154. Ten westen van het station is een spoortunnel gebouwd die het mogelijk maakt dat de verkeersstromen Brussel - Aarlen (161, 162) en Luik - Charleroi (125, 130) elkaar niet gelijkvloers kruisen.

I’m still chasing Stephen Shore and the transparency and 2D flatness of space.
In this case I forced myself to choose only one angle in which to shoot this station. Now, Stephen Shore was forced by the fact he was using 8x10 color negatives which cost a lot to develop and print. In my case I wanted to follow that rule. And here it is. Thanks

From behind the house we have open fields which, when harvested, are full of the round hay bales we see today. Looking along the tracks that run between Aberdeen and Inverness there is Kintore Station, which is very handy now for getting to/from Aberdeen.
