Made it from useless sticky pieces of aluminium, bended it and BANG, stands are here. Now I can watch movies or photos better. Easy and fast (approx 10min)... and crafty.
The first model is more good and safe from scratches (because of pillows). But second (shown on photo) is more sexier, tinier and it elevates device. Whatevs... They're both still cool.
Both works fine with iPhone, iPod touch. Not tried with iPad...

I had trouble trying to decide how to compose this photo until these passersby kindly filled in for the missing statues.

My friend Dwayne, acting as a stand-in for me during an engagement shoot for his daughter and future son-in-law.
We were out at the Sugar Creek Covered Bridge near Glenarm, Illinois. A nicely preserved bit of history. It is still functional, but only as an historic site. The road was diverted around it, making it a great place for a photo session.
At one point, I saw Dwayne standing just inside of the covered bridge, the light was falling very nicely on him and I couldn't help but take this quick portrait, after I changed lenses.
Even when I'm out with a client, working with them to make the best images possible, I keep seeing photographs from all angles. I don't usually take other portraits during a portrait session, but since the father of the future bride was the subject, I felt allowed.
