This is the card that I sent to Paru for the 6th Annual Christmas/Holiday Exchange. I know that she has received it, so I can post it without ruining the surprise. The main panel was done with alcohol inks on Yupo - my first attempt. I stamped the globe with StazOn ink and when that was dry I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark ink and silver embossed. It was tricky heating the Yupo paper without melting it - took me two tries. I stamped and embossed the "splatters" with silver. TFL!

For this card I made a stencil using the Simon Says Stamp Pebbles die and stenciled with rainbow colors. I then punched 1 1/4 in. squares and mounted them on black card stock. I also stenciled with a light gray on the card base. I am entering this in the Simon Says Stamp Flickr challenge Let Your Stencils Shine.

Another card for the current SSS flickr challenge. I used the July SSS kit and did some ink blending to create my background. The pineapple was stamped with VersaFine CLAIR ink in Nocturne and then colored with ZIGs. The sentiment was also stamped with the Nocturne ink.

I made this card using the Simon Says Stamp Extra Large Dots Stencil on which I blended 3 different distress inks to make the bright background. The floral image is from the SSS/ Winnie & Walter collaboration stamp set, Big Bloom, which I heat embossed on vellum with Magenta Ranger Embossing Powder. The Hugs is cut from a Lawn Fawn die using two different colors of paper to give it a shadow.

Made this for the #SSSflickrchallenge#26 - play with pastels

I've used the paper quilling technique to make the flowers on the card. For the background, I used festive berries distress ink along with the "bokeh lights stencil" from Simon says stamp. sssflickrchallenge#26

Made for the sssflickrchallenge#76. I love this SSS Bouquet of Thanks stamp set. I seem to say that about all of them though. LOL. I stamped and embossed the flower stamp and then colored with Zig markers.

I used the folk art cling stamp from #simonsaysstamp along with their #pawsitivelysaturatedinks - cheeky and sprout.

It makes for a gorgeous background.

I paired it with a sentiment from the sketched flowers stamp set.

Created for the SSSflickrchallenge#75. The challenge was black and white, with a pop of color. All stamps are from Simon Says stamps and colored with prismacolor pencils using black and white.

Tried out Jennifer McGuire's technique of Distress Oxide sponging and then painting with water to remove some of the colour. I then painted some of the colours back. I only have three oxide inks...(blue green and red) Very happy with this pretty card using Simon Says Stamp dies and stamps. Am entering this into the SSS Flickr group challenge #92 - my die cut is my focal point.
