The second card from my first experimenting results with alcohol ink stamp lifting. This one is the stepped up mixed media version on a kraft cardstock using the stamped base Yupo which was foiled and fussy cut out. A layered Painted Thanks die cut sentiment finishes it off. Entering this card in the SSSFlickrchallenge#121 Die-ing for Creativity challenge. TFL!

Coloring the stencil background go with the features of the Daffodil Stem 🌼 die (sssd112121) are from simonsaysstamp

Inspired by Kathy R's coloring challenge, I've been trying to get a hang of the Zig Clean Color markers. I'm not doing great with any technique, but for simple, bold coloring, they're pretty easy. :) I stamped out this awesome Emma background stamp by SSS and went with the standby rainbow scheme. With all that color and pattern, I decided to do just a simple white inlay sentiment using SSS painted hello.

Created this for the SSSFlickrChallenge#66

part of SSS Flickr Challenge #188

I am entering this card in the SSS Flickr Challenge #26.

The die is Dahlia Frame die from @simonsaysstamp. The background is made by using a stencil and translucent paste mixed with pink glitter on a pink cardstock. The background have been laying in my "background stash" for a long time! I'm trying to empty it, but I always seems to add to it... 😄

Sentiment from Simon Says Clear Stamps WE BELIEVE sss202260c

That cute rainbow in the #sss September card kit was begging to be included in #thedailymarker30day challenge, so I did simple coloring with Zig markers and then did a ton of stamping (thank goodness for stamp positioners). The birthday candle in this set is adorable. I'm entering this card in both #sss Monday and Flickr challenges as well. 🌈🌈🌈

I embossed the snowflake background instead of cutting it. That was colored with a Zig Clean Color marker and water on watercolor paper. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. I wanted to add it but I knew I couldn't stamp it on that finished watercolored background so putting it on vellum was the exact solution I needed.

one last card for the SSS Flickrchallenge #91. All stamps are from various SSS stamp sets. Inks are distress oxides and archival, from Ranger.

I have just got this SSS Spring Flowers stamp set and I also have some new Water Colours so just had to use both to create this card. More details on my blog Entering this in the current SSS Flickr Challenge bs both the stamps and water colours are new!

Stenciling is the theme for all three of @simonsaysstamp challenges, so I made this quick card to join in the fun! I inked Distress Oxide inks through the Playful Circles stencil (this is a 3x3 mini stencil, so I moved it around to cover the panel) then stamped a few striped circles and triangles from the Birthday Bits stamp set in white ink on Desert Storm cardstock. I ink blended the same colors, then die cut the Painted Hello die and added a strip of parchment vellum. Have a great weekend!
