The Sketchy Ranunculous set, from Simon Says Stamp (SSS), has been calling to me so I pulled it out. Also, ranunculous is just a fun word to say...right? 😜 I colored all the flowers and leaves with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens. They really sparkle and shine but it's hard to photograph. The sentiment is another SSS, from Summer Garden set. I colored the two background panels with Distress Inks and cut them with the Lawn Fawn's Scallop dies. This is for the SSSflickrchallenge#50.

finally got a chance to make something with my new SSS March card kit. I made this little tag for the current SSS flickr challenge. the sun was made using the SSS mini stamp set Bring the Sunshine and the matching sun die. the sun from that set has a sentiment inside of it so I stamped the sun on some eclipse tape and then punched out the center to create a mask so the center of the sun would be empty and I could stamp the "Hoppy Easter" from My Kind of Peep in the center.
Made another CAS valentine card using die cut hearts and the Kaleidoscope background from Simon Says. More details on my blog
A card using an older SSS set called "Lemonade", also the falling snow stencil! makes great bubbles!!! Blogged here . adding to the SSS Flickr challenge and the Love handmade cards Challenge.

With this card I am joining the SSS flickr challenge:"Birthday Bash". Used one of the newest stamp sets. And colored it with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.
I played around with my new distress crayons and the SSS stamp set Sketchy Ranunculus. I stamped the flowers on some watercolor paper and then added the distress crayon in fossilized amber and rusty hinge and added the water. did the same thing with the leaves using peeled paint. The panel didn't turn out like I wanted it to and got really warped so I just trimmed out the flowers and leaves I wanted and used them on this card for the current SSS flickr challenge. the ranunculus reminds me of the sun and I used some bright sunshiny paper from the June SSS card kit.
a one layer card for the current SSS flickr challenge. I used the SSS/Hero Arts Prayers stamp set along with a stamp set from Concord & 9th (Shine Brighter). I stamped the flower (from Shine Brighter) using Ranger Distress Ink Shaded Lilac and then added some clear Wink of Stella to the centers of the flowers. The sentiment was stamped and then black Wink of Stella added to the word prayer. I did not color the background on the card base. It is a Concord & 9th Happy Hues card base.
I'm also adding this to the January A Blog Named Hero challenge which is also one layer.
My entry to the SSSFlickrChallenge#15. Used water colors and dies to create a layering effect.
