I think she looks like she stepped out of an animated version of The Matrix, but this is... SQL Girl! The SQL Server 2008 people were giving out SQL Girl at TechEd 2009 in Los Angeles. She arrived in a box (from which she was removed solely for this photo and then to which she was immediately returned) which says on the back: "Join SQL Girl on all her adventures! Collect them at www.ISVinnovation.com"; Unfortunately, if you go to the site today, there are no adventures to collect...If you check out the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, you can see the site as it existed on February 7, 2009. The site proclaims itself as "ISV Innovation, the home of Microsoft U.S. ISV Training." ..
