Oh man, what a super appropriate theme for MM! I’ve not really had the time to invest in the MM group of late, but when I saw some spirals uploaded this am, I just wondered if it was for MM and indeed it was. A long day in the office has meant that the light has gone to get a decent photo of the natural spirals that we have in the Passion flower AND it’s really quite windy and just too cool to stay out too long to get anything better than this! Thanks fro stopping and HMM all

For this week's Macro Mondays "Redux 2025" theme, I chose the Sept. 29 "Spiral" theme. It's a pair of spiral fluorescent bulbs, a small red one and a larger white one, both electrified and placed side-by-side at a right angle for the shot. The Image is a 2.5-inch square.

Stainless steel spiral at Harbour Town shopping centre for bicycle parking. I've never seen it used. Everyone drives or takes the bus here.
A spiral staircase leading into the bowels of Ft. Point, directly under the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. I am always afraid I am going to make one misstep and tumble to the bottom of a spiral staircase. This one has an added disadvantage for me. I'm pretty tall, and this staircase has a low overhead, so I also have to make sure I don't bump my head, knock myself out, and tumble all the way to the bottom.
