HR Owen Ferrari's new 458 Speciale demonstrator, only a couple of days old.
The chap kindly took me out for a drive from South Kensington up to Hyde Park Corner in the car which was quite the unexpected but lovely experience.

Grandis Speciale, top of the line model made by Silvinio Grandis, "An italian frame of the highest caliber", said Sheldon Brown. The bike features a lot of pantography: in the head tube, seat stay shoulders, fork, stem and large chain ring. The frame is built with Columbus tubing, reinforced brake and chain stay bridges, reinforced seat tube and down tube in the BB area for greater stiffness, the brake bridge is curved to bring closer the brake bridge to the chain stays for improved braked power. All lugs are microfusion created by Grandis. The chrome is the original one. The 2K color paint was chosen by us after a lot of discussions, considering this early 80s Grandis is futuristic with its details but in the same time very classic. The filler has anti corrosion properties. The frame has been treated on the inside for anti corrosion. The Campagnolo Super Record groupset dated 1982 was specially chosen for this bike and has been carefully disassembled, cleaned, greased and reassembled. The components are in a great condition. The wheels are like new, perfect looking hubs on the inside and on the outside. We used Hoshi double butted spokes and NOS Nisi AN85 rims. The Rolls rino leather is new and adds that extra touch to the whole project to be a real eye catcher
