Oggi, 21 marzo 2013, un gruppo di appassionati tedeschi ha effettuato un viaggio da Saronno a Laveno con un treno speciale, formato dalla E 600-3 e dalle "svizzerette" EA 940-78 ed EB 930-72; qui vediamo il rientro a vuoto del convoglio, in viaggio come 46 bis Laveno-Novate, in transito presso Gerenzano (VA).
