This little blackbird was attacked by one of the cats last year...but survived. She lost lots of feathers (see pics from last year) but when her tail grew back, some of the feathers were white. Glad to see she is still with us :)
In July 1986, a special version called the Ford Sierra RS Cosworth was launched, using the 2.0 OHC bottom end with a 16V DOHC cylinder head specially developed by Cosworth. With the Cosworth Garret T3 turbocharger and intercooler setup the engine produced 204 PS (150 kW; 201 hp). It was designed by Ford's Special Vehicle Engineering (SVE) group and made in Ford's Genk factory in Belgium for use in group A.
The Sierra RS Cosworth was available in both right hand drive and left hand drive, the RS500 was only produced in Right Hand Drive.
In 1987, a 225 PS (165 kW; 222 hp) Sierra Cosworth, the RS500, was sold alongside the regular version. Only 500 were produced as the minimum number of road-going cars required to meet with newly introduced homologation racing rules, allowing it to compete in evolution form for group A racing. The car was modified by the Tickford Engineering Company in conjunction with Ford. Revisions included uprated brakes and larger brake cooling ducts and modified front and rear spoilers (a second smaller rear spoiler was added beneath the large "whale-tail"), a modified front bumper to allow extra cooling for a larger intercooler, as well as various engine upgrades including a larger turbocharger and a second fuel rail (which did not operate on road models). Race outputs were as high as 550 bhp (410 kW; 558 PS), in which the Sierra dominated group A series around the world.
Racing versions of the Cosworth were highly successful in European and World Touring Car racing throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Prachtig die inzet, de prestaties en alle plezier en blijdschap. Vanwege het grote aantal foto’s in deze set heb ik ze voor het uploaden verkleind van pixelbreedte 5184 naar 2000. Alle foto’s op iso 3200 en verder onbewerkt. Ik zal zorgen dat ze in de originele resolutie naar de organisatie gaan.

Lockheed AC-130J Ghostrider, tail number 5872. The AC-130 gunship is a heavily armed, long endurance, ground-attack variant of the C-130 Hercules. The C-130 Hercules was selected to replace the Douglas AC-47 Spooky gunship. The conversion and modifications of the first prototype AC-130A was done at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. In 1967, after completing stateside testing the prototype gunship was flown to Vietnam for actual combat testing. This first variant was armed with 4, 7.62 mm GAU-2/A miniguns and 4, 20 mm M61 Vulcan 6 barrel rotary cannon.
The AC-130J is the latest variant of the AC-130 gunship, introduced in 2017. The J variant is armed with 1, 30 mm ATK GAU-23/A autocannon; 1, 105 mm M102 howitzer, and 2 hardpoints for wing mounted missiles.
This AC-130J Ghostrider is assigned to the 73rd Special Operations Squadron at Kirtland Air Force base in New Mexico.

Part of me says this needs something more; the other part says the beauty of the HA style is sometimes less is more!

My first limited edition Blythe - a Hoshinonamida Hime - Baby The Stars Shine Bright. I love her. She has coloured eyelids, special eyelashes, cute hair, painted nails, earrings, all special coloured eye chips, 2 eyechip sets have logos in. I wouldn't customise a 1500 ltd edition anyway but no need to with all the special things ;-) Thanks to my Mum and Nan and a couple of other relatives for helping me get her as a Christmas present. I was torn between her and Vinter Arden but decided VA is too much like my Prairie Posy.

The number of Trucks, Vans* and Special Purpose Vehicles (Light, Medium & Heavy) registered + licenced in Hong Kong seems to fluctuate between 120,000 - 125,000 vehicles and presumably new trucks registered are offset by old trucks being retired or sold over the border in China.
*Vans are classified as Light Goods Vehicles and are not shown in this album
In Hong Kong Trucks are classified as GOODS VEHICLES By the Transport Department - see below

☛Medium Goods Vehicles - Goods vehicles of permitted gross vehicle weight exceeding 5.5 tonnes but not exceeding 24 tonnes.
☛Heavy Goods Vehicles - Goods vehicles of permitted gross vehicle weight exceeding 24 tonnes but not exceeding 38 tonnes.
The major truck types you tend to see in urban areas are trucks carrying construction materials or waste, dump trucks, concrete mixers and all sizes of delivery trucks... outside of the urban areas it is container trucks and large trucks carrying construction materials.

Hong Kong is a brand conscious place even for trucks (!) hence the popularity of the European brands, Scania and Man are very popular and even the older trucks look the business and they are utterly reliable.
Isuzu is the market leader in terms of sale volume for all types of trucks.
