"On space walk day, you start off with an exercise period on a stationary bicycle while breathing 100% oxygen through a facemask. After that, the task of suiting up begins. You rely on help from an extra crew member who tugs on sleeves, straightens out wrinkles, locks connectors…. It reminds me of a squire in the Middle Ages helping his knight suit up for battle."

NASA and other organizations have developed a sophisticated weather monitoring device.
This NASA Global Climate Model (GCM) is used to see how Earth's climate is changing.
A GCM calculates many things, such as how much sunlight is reflected and absorbed by Earth's atmosphere, the temperature of the air and oceans, the distribution of clouds, rainfall, and snow, and what may happen to the polar ice caps in the future.

The water wall at the old skyway building, colorfully lit up at night. The colors are constantly changing, so just wait for the colors you like best and snap away. I love Tomorrowland at night, it has wonderful theming.

Turn 7
The Space Marines advance. The Sargent swings his deadly blade and the Android’s head flies off before it can do harm with the self-destruct card! The Secondary mission is now completed and I claimed the Secondary Mission tile for points. But the Alien Event calls for the Alien player to draw two Reinforcement tokens. They draw an Android and an MK IX Dreadnought from the Space Crusade Mission Dreadnought expansion. This was not the regular Dreadnought from the main Space Crusade that is the focus of the primary mission but a very powerful machine with double the firepower of the original Dreadnought. I allowed for this token to be used because of the age and experience of the Alien player. This was a mistake. The miniatures are moved onto the board and the Alien blips advanced.
Long before digital, there was just my little 110. I will never forget that day. Absolutely astounding sight.

The James Webb Space Telescope has detected carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere of exoplanet K2-18 b, a potentially habitable world 8.6 times as massive as Earth. An abundance of carbon dioxide and methane (along with a shortage of ammonia) is intriguing to astronomers: It supports the idea that this planet may have a water ocean underneath a hydrogen-rich atmosphere.
Webb also hinted at a detection of dimethyl sulphide (DMS) on K2-18 b. On Earth, this molecule is only produced by microbial life. Because the detection needs to be confirmed, the team plans to follow up and look for additional evidence of biological activity on the planet.
K2-18 b orbits the cool dwarf star K2-18 in the habitable zone (where conditions are right for liquid water to exist) and lies about 120 light-years from Earth. While K2-18 b is in the habitable zone, that does not necessarily mean it can support life. For instance, it may have a hostile environment due to its active star.
