Returning to Earth on January 15, 2026 from the medical evacuation mission to the International Space Station. It splashed down in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of San Diego, California. This photo was taken by a friend from his house in Southern California. He gave me permission to post it on Flickr.

"Plastic Space" assumes the qualities of the third dimension utilizing overlapping elements, devoid of the traditional methods of indicating the depth of spacial penetration.
I had my eyes alert for quite a while for an example of such overlapping planes and volumes. Yes, there are some converging lines at the lateral peripheries. In the created world around us it is impossible to avoid leading lines while they are quite absent in nature.

Le projet, destiné à accueillir de jeunes entreprises et startups axées sur la technologie, la haute technologie, les TIC et les nouveaux médias, comprend 14 000 m² de bureaux et propose des installations communes telles que des salles de réunion, un café lounge, un restaurant et une réception centrale. . With Corda I, its steep green roof and its volumetric glazed facade, the city of Hasselt hosted its first incubator. The project, intended to accommodate young companies and start-ups focused on technology, high technology, ICT and new media, includes 14,000 m² of office space and offers common facilities such as meeting rooms, a café lounge, a restaurant and a central reception. . The building has seven floors, multi-tenant and flexible office space and, at its highest point, rises thirty meters above the surrounding land.
