Someone was saying
how the sun turned
the sand the gold
of wheat in autumn
and waves kept
sifting up and down
the beach and
someone was saying
the wind carried
the sea far inland
and died down
and came back
and scoured the shells
that were empty
like porcelain
sculptures, and
someone was saying
look what that couple
is doing in public
and someone
was swimming
far out where
people drown
or sharp fins might appear
and someone napped
under the red umbrella
and no one said anything
for a long time

Doing the same as us, walking the dog.
This lane has some lovely overhanging trees and a nice curve a little way down, plenty of leaves down now but still some on the trees, those leaves on the ground have so much colour that I have been collecting some to make an Autumn still life which I shot yesterday. This lane is close to home near a part of Worthing called Micky mouse town, so called as many of the houses which were built in the 1930s to the same design have been altered in many ways so now all look different.
Found this solitary little bear all wrapped up in our local graveyard...I hope his owner came to the rescue!

Just a simple candid street style Snapograph captured at London UK of someone dressed up as Darth Vader.
I've deliberately gone for a higher contrast presentation to this snap because I feel it's better suited to this type of photography and I'm trying to create a more journalistic approach to my street style snaps.
"THANK YOU KINDLY" to anyone who finds this shot good enough to put amongst their "FAVES".
"THANK YOU KINDLY" to anyone who finds this shot good enough to leave a "Comment", I'll do my very best to reply to you individually.
⭐️Thank you in Advance for your kind ‘Faves’ Visits and Comments they are so very much appreciated. 👍
I cannot always ‘Thank’ everyone individually, for their Visits and ‘Faves’ however, I will always try to respond and thank all those that leave a ‘Comment’. If I do not reply to your 'Comment', it is not because I am ignoring you, it's because I have not seen the 'Comment'.
Your 'Comments' do not always appear in 'Notifications' or Flickr mail, so, I am sorry for any delay in responding. Often your 'Comment' is only spotted 'On the Page' on the day, that I see it. (seen ONLY when replying to someone HAS 'Commented' on the image, and I see a notification)

The beauty of meeting someone new lies in the untold stories they carry—chapters written before your existence ~ Boris Cho
Week 52 in 52 Weeks for Dogs and another year, and another project, comes to its end. This is my fifteenth year in the group, something I wouldn't have thought possible when I started. I did a total of six years with Taivas and the other nine years have been with Tasku. I have so many photos to treasure, not just the 778 I have in the group but many more taken along the way. Special times with my dogs and wonderful memories.
I finish this year with a version of 'Did someone say cake?' - a shot I've had in mind for a long time. I wish I'd been able to set it up better but I don't have much space and on this occasion, didn't have much time either.

I always hate to see abandoned houses especially in rural areas, they make me a little melancholy thinking of all of those lost dreams. Beaver County, Utah.
