ブルー系のモチーフを紫のシルクウールでまとめた大判ブランケットです。ターコイズと深い紫のモチーフをたくさん散りばめました。繋ぎに使用した糸は光沢のある上品な糸です。紫というよりもラズベリーに近い、明るいピンクがかった紫で、日本にはあまり見られないとてもキレイな色です。
北欧のファブリックにありそうな、個性的だけど抜け感のある配色なので、縁はあえてシンプルにまとめました。

白ベースのモチーフを細編みの枠、繋ぐ糸と色を変えて、表情を出した大判ブランケットです。少し実験的な作品でしたが、会心の仕上がりになりました！細編みはターコイズブルーと深いピンクという一見個性的な組み合わせですが、それを淡いグレーで繋ぐことで見事にまとまり、ため息が出るほどかわいい作品になりました。
クローズアップしてみると、ひとつひとつの色の違いがわかりやすいですが、遠目で見るとまた違って見えて、とてもおもしろいです。細編み担当と繋ぎ担当の技術の高さがよくわかる、クオリティの高い作品です。

The sign that greeted me at the Union Square Whole Foods. Not surprised. I know where most of these bags ended up, but I still can't believe some idiots are willing to pay $200 and upwards for this cotton canvas bag. I just hope that these buyers actually USE them instead of plastic and paper bags when grocery-shopping. This IS the whole point, isn't it?
Sold Out come from Brussels, Belgium. They've been known with "I don't want to have sex with you". visit www.soldout.be. I think they also played as support for the french band "Indochine" even if Indochine is crap and the two bands have nothing is common.

いろんな色のモチーフをモスグリーンでまとめた大判ブランケットです。色数はたくさんなんだけどなんだか落ち着くというような配色にしたかったので、アースカラーとビタミンカラーをバランスよく配置しました。繋ぎの糸に使用したモスグリーンが全体をうまくまとめてくれています。
繋ぎに使用したモスグリーンの糸は、メランジタイプの深みのある色合いで、ナチュラル感を出しています。縁は細編みですっきりさせました♪

1段めのみ糸を変え、通称「おへそモチーフ」で揃えられた、統一感のある大判ブランケットです。中心が赤、周りが白のモチーフは日の丸を連想させ、自然とこの組み合わせのモチーフがたくさん届きました。みなさんの願いが込められていますね。
縁は上品なピンク色でまとめられています。淡い段染めになっていて、とても優しくて繊細な色合いです。
