Got to sleep in this morning. Woke up only to find everyone else was still asleep, too! So I grabbed a cup of coffee, with a little peppermint mocha creamer, and a few Gingerbread Wookiee Cookies to nibble on.
** Granted, there's more than just a dab of creamer in my coffee. And my family brought lots of goodies to snack on for our Christmas Eve gathering, and the Wookie Cookies were one of the many goodies left behind to enjoy.

mia got really mad at me after this. i made her lay in the rain for a shot but then i ended up not liking the other one. so i didn't take it.
she laid there for nothing.
i'm happy to be uploading again.
i need to shoot more often.

8-19-15 Went on a whale watching excursion at Husavik Iceland, while the MS Veendam was docked at Akureyri, Iceland. The landscape across from Husavik was impressive. Came across a whale that was sleeping.

after a trip from 1.5 week we arrived home yesterday. I was curious how far nature was in my area so i went out and was very lucky with discovering this sleeping beauty.

sleep paralysis
–– the frightening sensation of being unable to move in a stage between wakefulness and sleep.
(this is dedicated to back in June when I had this weird, creepy dream where I froze completely and at the same time I felt myself going stiff and couldn't move).

I have never been one to sleep in class. Anyone who knows me would laugh at the idea and perhaps roll their eyes because I tend to be one of the more vocal students asking lots of questions and participating in conversations. It is frustrating to be in classes with people who don't care. I love to learn and have great respect for those who teach. However, time and meeting some great teachers may have changed my views on this subject.
