This guy put on quite a show. Enjoyed every second as I rarely see these. A Lesser Yellowlegs enjoying the beautiful November morning.
Slowly the buds and blooms, then the bees arrive, and almost within a day, the flowers are done, petals fall and the leaves have come. The tree is strong, it waits, it grows, and in time, a new cycle is begun. Will I always be a tree, or will you show me how, to be, all I can be.

Vermont Railway's southbound NPWJ nears Bradford, VT with VTR 307 leading a short 4 car train for White River Junction. Here the train is about to duck under the old tell-tales and wooden bridge outside town. With good track and decent sun for most of its journey, it was much needed redemption from my failed chase on the New Hampshire Northcoast.
One day your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure its worth watching.

The grand show is eternal. It is always sunrise somewhere...eternal sunrise, eternal dawn and gloaming, on sea and continents and islands, each in its turn, as the round earth rolls.

It was sunset right after the Encore Melaka show but I didn't get any good pics of the fiery sunset or blue hour. Walked around the building and took this when the sky had already turned dark. Quite like the people in this as they give scale and more interest to the architectural scene.
Orchid Show time is approaching but I don't believe we'll have it this year.

Smaug the Bearded Dragon loves to watch Fantastic Mr. Fox or maybe just his caretaker thinks so. I don't know what was happening but it was a photo I couldn't resist taking.
The dragon was watching this show for a long time. There was no way to tell if Smaug was enjoying the story or not.
I had to copy/paste the aircraft on the very top - it was already out of frame - these things are fast!
White Egret in full breeding plumage displaying during mating season. It is amazing to watch how they show off their beautiful feathers and occasionally stretch their neck long and high.
This was taken in central Florida.
Drone show at Han river in Seoul. Never saw one of those before. Interesting but probably better for video than photography.
Native to eastern Australia the Australia Museum states:
The Rainbow Lorikeet was abundant around Sydney until the late 19th century, but was rare in Sydney between then and 1950. It is now highly abundant again across Sydney.
Identification
The Rainbow Lorikeet is unmistakable with its bright red beak and colourful plumage. Both sexes look alike, with a blue (mauve) head and belly, green wings, tail and back, and an orange/yellow breast. They are often seen in loud and fast-moving flocks, or in communal roosts at dusk.
Amazing live singer Semina at her show earlier today.
Follow her, find her, listen to her, she is amazing www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYW78ZeYrsQ

Explore March 16/08 ...Canada Goose Greater Canada Geese have also been introduced in Europe, and have established populations in Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Scandinavia. Semi-tame feral birds are common in parks, and have become a pest in some areas. It is now proven that most Scandinavian and some British birds have established a migration pattern. The geese were first introduced in Britain in the late 17th century as an addition to King James II's waterfowl collection in St. James's Park. Finally, Canada Geese were introduced as a game bird into New Zealand, but they have also become a problem in some areas there. note the mess left behind by groups of Canada Geese make some parks etc a mess to walk around!
