“What?! We have to do reindeer duty? Why?”
“You didn’t meet your production quota for today. You know the rules.”
“I’ll bet a few of those elves took some of our products and put them in their bins. That’s what Bentley is telling me, and that’s why we lost.”
“Is that true, Maurice? Did Bentley see the elves take your toys and pile them on their side?”
“That’s what he just told me.”
“Hey, you in the back! You may laugh now, but once you start your reindeer duty, you’ll think twice about stealing someone else’s work and try to claim it as your own.”
“Good thing Bentley was watching, and that Mrs. Claus believed him.”
“I know Santa always listens to teddy bears to learn how good children behave.”
When I took this shot with my drone, it felt like the sky had decided to put on a little spectacle for us - no ticket required! The storm cell on the horizon looked like it wanted to swallow up the landscape, while the sun was still desperately casting a last light on the fields. A real eye-catcher, showing that Mother Nature loves a bit of drama. I'm dry, and the drone stayed intact - at least long enough to capture the moment!

Found these handmade, hand painted, colorful and ingenious wooden figures in a little shop in Antigua. They are designed to sit on the edge of a shelf or ledge. I do not know what the artist calls them, so I dubbed them shelf-ies.
This incredible cloud formation came rolling across Lake Michigan this evening around 7:00 p.m. On the news they called it a shelf cloud. Whatever it was, I have never seen anything like it before. It was stunning!
