A esta etapa corresponde el cimborrio, constituye una valiosa muestra del arraigo de la tradición mudéjar en Aragón. Las últimas intervenciones que completan su fisonomía exterior son la torre barroca y la portada clasicista, construidas en los siglos XVII y XVIII.
En el interior destaca el Retablo Mayor, obra representativa del gótico europeo realizada en el siglo XV bajo el patrocinio del arzobispo don Dalmau de Mur. El conjunto, obra de los escultores Pere Johan y Ans Piet d'Anso, sirvió de modelo para numerosos retablos posteriores, entre los que hay que señalar el Retablo Mayor del Pilar.
