The photograph explores the tension between constraint and self-discovery, between isolation and the yearning to engage with the world beyond imposed limits. In a time when truth is often obscured, Breaktruth captures the fragile yet profound moment of revelation—an echo of resilience, desire, and the unstoppable force of human will.
I can't figure out what I am more afraid of...showing my mess or sharing my space. This little spot has been my sanctuary, a place of healing, growth, self discovery, and the place where many dreams were born. Funny all those things can take place in pure chaos!

Petra is a journey of self-discovery, offering a unique blend of physical challenge, historical exploration, and emotional connection with nature and the past.
Sometimes we feel we are inside something
perhaps it began in our mother’s womb,
cradled in warmth,
a silence that hummed like safety.
A place where fear could not find us.
A box,
not a prison,
but a promise.
And then
we were placed outside.
Shivering in the light,
surrounded by sounds that did not care
for our softness.
We learned the weight of air,
the ache of absence,
the long reach of longing.
But tell me
in all your trembling,
did you notice her?
Outside her own box,
watching you become.
Can you see her face,
creased with the courage it took
to let you go?
Her hands, still warm from holding you,
now empty?
Her gaze,
more fragile than your cry?
She was outside too
brave, breaking,
unboxed.

. . . Femdom Tale . . .
Chaper: Level Rules & The Chaos of Poly Life
Your Miss leaves you for a man or a new sub who is at a higher level than you. Is there any way to get her back?
1. Prioritize self-respect, let her go and move on with a woman who is at her level or higher. (she may pursue you to win your new girl.) or...
2. Improve yourself to surpass her new boyfriend. Then, make an effort to win her back.
3. If you don't want to take the first or second steps, if you refuse to move on, if self-improvement isn't your priority, and if you're hesitant to compete directly knowing you might lose to her new partner, then consider these options: winning her back without necessarily surpassing her new partner through self-improvement.
ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ
A: Dear, I need your help. This guy, he's way more awesome than me, and he stole my Miss! No way I'm letting that happen. Gotta get her back.... but she's crazy about him.
B: Hold up, my man. Is your Miss into the whole "one person at a time" thing, or is she more open-minded? (Mono or poly?)
A: Nah, she's totally poly. Just like you are.
B: Okay, trying to break up a poly relationship...not ideal. Listen, if you're not throwing cash around (sugar baby situation?), you gotta seriously up your game, you know? Is she more into guys who pay (Findom) or guys she just clicks with (Femdom)?
A: More like a domme, actually.
B: Alright, that changes things! There's still some luck, then. Don't lose hope!

The triumph of a low-level loser
☑ Lazy folks who don't want to level up themselves.
☑ Not flirting with a new girl to make his ex chase after him.
☑ Not interested in investing more in himself
But he wants to win over her new partner, who's of a higher level than him and her, and ultimately get her back.
This is how it went down: There was an ex who managed to mess up her poly relationship really badly until it fell apart. I can share his tactics with you, if that could be helpful.
ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ
" When a woman leaves her ex for a new, better man, it's seen as fair and in line with nature's laws. But some folks want to go against this and try to break this rule."
To break this rule, you must know the basic nature of Polys.
Her inventory is easily divided into 3 groups:
1. Main dishes 2. Desserts 3. Trash bins.
1. Main dishes
☑ Official Boyfriend (with status)
☑ Lovers (no status)
** For giving her Best, sharing passion and romance
2. Desserts
☑ Sex Toys, FWB, Bad Boys (sex only)
** For Variety
3. Trash bin, Toilet
☑ Nice Guys (supporters)
** To support her Negativity
These low-level guys are there for her bad emotions, to absorb all her negative, rotten feelings that she wants people to listen to. They must endure all her uncomfortable issues, problems with her partners, the place where she wants to vent all the issues of her life, and they must pay attention, cheer her up, and provide comfort. They are where she goes to release her boring, complaining, weak, negative sides, ones that she doesn't want her main course and desserts to know.
** Endure all negativity for 100-200 days in exchange for having sex with her just 2-5 times a year. (at her mercy)
** This group of men plays a crucial role. They take care of her, helping her wash away her negative emotions until she feels better. They encourage her until she's positive and in a wonderful, beautiful state. They, like important tools, take care of her so well, just to send the wonderful woman to the Alphas' hands (main dishes).
Main Games:
☑ What she likes to do when she already has official partner is to find lower-level men to keep in stock.
☑ Things you need to be careful of - Don't let her perceive you as low-status. 'AVOID' being categorized as her Dessert or Trash bin.
" Remember, your goal is to become her boyfriend again. Always maintain a high level to position yourself as the main dish. "
ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ.-:**★**:-.ღ
1. At first, she may be infatuated with her new boyfriend. Let it be. Avoid contacting her at all. Wait until they reach the settling-down stage, where boredom sets in between them. This typically happens around 3-4 months. If the new boyfriend is attractive and holds a very high status, you may need to wait for 7 months or even a year. Use this time to gather new experiences, engage in self-discovery, and enjoy trying new things while you wait.
Stay patient and stick to the 'no contact rule' firmly. If she keeps reaching out, consider blocking her. Trying to reconnect while she's all into her new boyfriend will make you seem low-status. She'll still see you the same way she did before.
2. When she enters the settling-down period with her partner (where they're starting to get bored and the passion begins to fade between them) That's when you should say 'Hello'
Just have a general conversation, avoid flirting. Talk and ask about stories. Ask how her relationship is going. She might complain. Listen like a good friend, without flirting or encouraging negative thoughts to make her break up with him. Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Talk about new things you discovered. Show off your new qualities. Share new stories from your life. Don't tell bad stories about yourself. Avoid mentioning that other women have treated you poorly or that you've been dumped by anyone. Instead, focus on positive things. Talk about how kind other people are to you, how well they treat you, and how happy you've been.
3. Make an appointment to meet and talk openly with her. Don't focus on sex, flirting, or showing neediness. Avoid allowing her to perceive you as a desperate beggar seeking sex from her. Present yourself as desirable. She shouldn't view sex as a means to satisfy a craving, but rather as an experience with someone who is fulfilled and confident.
Before the appointment, prepare to introduce her to a special menu she has never tasted from you before. Offer a delicious new menu that surpasses anything you've presented previously. Ensure it's not the same dull fare she's accustomed to.
During the meeting, focus on being attentive and engaging in meaningful conversation. When the time feels right, smoothly transition to intimacy (sex), ensuring it's 'a well-planned' and thoughtful experience that 'showcases your newfound' confidence and allure.
4. If it's really good, it clicks, it's impressive. Poly's first bad idea was wanting to lock you into her new sex toy stock. This is where the game gets tough because she will TRY TO KEEP you at a lower status than her boyfriend. What you have to do is not allow it to happen. Remember that women are hypergamous. They will only be paired with superior - men of higher status. (so don't be her toy.)
During this time, she will chase you, flirt with you, and be nice to you. Be careful not to have sex with her, instead, avoid it during this period. However, you can playfully tease her, give her hope, and make her invest in you as much as possible, causing her to feel a sunk cost.
Make her invest a lot of time, care, love, or anything she offers into you. Accept all she offers and encourage her to offer more. Avoid engaging in sex, refrain from providing it to her.
After investing heavily with high hopes and pursuing you relentlessly, she may ask to confirm your status as her sex partner or FWB. At this stage, be firm and clearly DENY her request. Do not allow her to keep you as her backup plan or dessert.
Your refusal will make her feel that you're on a Higher Level than her. You're not cheap, you're not someone who can be easily persuaded with sweet words, sex, care, and concern.
5. Engage with her as a good friend, always ready to listen. However, don't always be available for her when she seeks sex, as you're not just her sex toy. She can have sex with you at the right time that you've planned, as you control the game.
When she sees you as superior, she will ask you to be her lover, her main course.
Agree to be her lover, but withhold the status — no announcements, no revelations, and keep her boyfriend unaware. Don't settle for being beneath her boyfriend, maintain secrecy and avoid displaying neediness or pursuing a relationship with her.
Don't move into her house. Don't join the family to be under her boyfriend. Do not let her succeed in doing it.
6. Remember..........
☑ People don't easily break up due to boredom, monotony, or dullness.
People break up because of:
1. Fights. 2. Serious problem that can't be solved.
☑ Time is their relationship
Time is Relationship.
Time is Togetherness
Time is Creation.
Time is Growth.
Time is Life.
Take His Time:
Starting to always be unavailable, only available when he had to be with her.
Share His Time:
The main reason why you shouldn't lower your level is because it's about the right to share.
Her boyfriend is of a higher level. She avoids risks and doesn't share her time with a high-level boyfriend to spend it with lower-level men. However, if she sees that you are of a high level, she will be willing to share the time she spends with her superior with you.
Shared time is kept secret. She may use a different account to share his time with you, then claim to her boyfriend that she was busy, so she needs to be online less with him.
Pick a time before she meets him. Our hormones are limited. When they're gone, it's too late to create new ones.
She'll try to keep things this way forever. She might invest heavily in her alt account to lock you down. Don't let that happen. Don't grant her any status. Don't allow her to use that account to secure you as her partner. Keep your position elevated and independent.
7. As she spends less time with her boyfriend, her energy fades, hormones drop, and sometimes her words don't make sense and fall out of reality. They avoid each other often. Her boyfriend begins to ignore her more. They get frustrated and bored, and he might start cheating. Being of a higher level, he may grow to dislike her. He talks without caring, they argue, and she feels sad. The passion and love between them fade away.
Before their fading passion revives and ignites again, make other beautiful women your close friends. Make it seem like these other women are starting to become her competitors. Make her afraid of losing you. She will feel stressed from both sides - his and yours. Eventually, she will break up with someone of high level like him and choose you, who never needed to improve your level at all.
8. People who cheat with you will cheat on you, you stole her from others, and others can steal her from you. At this stage, enjoy the moment together to the fullest, knowing it's a time-bomb relationship that could end anytime. Finally, you will face your settled moment, get bored with each other, face higher-level competitors, and drift apart like the cycle you've ever seen. So take it as much as you can, enjoy everything to the fullest, knowing things are impermanent.
How long or short it lasts depends on the choices you make and how you utilize this period:
Choice 1
Embrace it fully, make it beautiful, enjoyable, and memorable, recognizing that it will eventually come to an end.
Choice 2
Enhance your skills and level up yourself to diminish competition. (although there will always be competitors.)
Choice 3
☑ Consider manipulating, hypnosis, brainwash, dominating, controlling, enslaving or even drugging her mind to ensure she becomes reliant on you, you alone, no one can take your place.
☑ Change, modify her sexuality and taste till those must depend on you alone.
" Ugh, this isn't what I wanted to do at all, but... well, let's just say you're making things pretty tough. I didn't want to go down this route, but who you are is leaving me with no other choice. I've invested too much to give up. I've put in a lot to get this far, and giving up was never really an option for me. I need to come out on top. Honestly, having you on my side would be the real win. If I couldn't be the best at everything and win over all men, then I just had to win you over to win it all. "

What does it mean to forgive?
The definition of the word is pretty clear outlining that to forgive is to, "stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for an offence, flaw, or mistake." But what is anger? Where does it originate? My opinion? Ignorance. Not knowing. When you don't know something, it's painful. So when I was angry it's because I didn't know something. But I had to regress my thought.
So I sat, and I thought - what did I not know? Calling upon the fore thinkers of western thought I found that I knew nothing, and in that moment I saw a glimmer of what it was like to actually know something. Odd. To know that you do not know. Conscious of ones own ignorance. So I realized. If I did not know - how could I expect others to know. So began my journey in to the realm of expression. Forgiveness was to reach inside myself and find the power to let go of that feeling of anger and resentment and fear of not knowing. Accept that I do not know, and build from there that which I do know. Forgiveness requires strength to let go. But I do not mean that those who do not forgive are not weak, only that their desire to hold on to that resentment is stronger than their desire to it let go.
I have held much anger in my life. Towards myself, towards my friends, towards my family, and many other things - such as institutions. But one day I realized that by allowing my desire to hold onto resentment, I was actively allowing myself to remain in constant anger. I became burdened by that anger. So one day - my desire to let go of that anger became stronger than my desire to hold on to it.
Now this does not mean I have forgotten. I merely have let go of the resentment and anger that I felt, in favour of rationality. When I was finally able to look at experiences without the lens of anger and resentment I found that I was able to learn and expand upon the experience.
This series was a tool to help me in achieving that desire to forgive. It started as a project to document the notion of change when one goes on a journey of self discovery, but then it changed in itself. It became something beyond what I had initially imagined. It evolved from a documentation of change into a representation on the results of change - and it only inspired me to keep on exploring.
Outfit sorted, eyebrows threaded. Tomorrow I take up my first shift as a barmaid for three days. I've been looking forward to this for months. Whether it's the challenge of wearing a pencil skirt for three consecutive days, the anticipation of meeting new faces, presenting in a way that makes me extraordinarily happy, or knowing that I'll be doing a bit of self discovery.
If the feeling could be bottled then I'd serve everyone a glass 'on the house!'.
John Francis Dooley wipe the sleep from your eyes
and embrace the light.
You have slept now for a thousand years
beneath starless nights.
And now its time for you to renounce the old ways
and see a new dawn rise.
In former days the masks were raised
when the God came down from off the mountain,
and a sacrifice was made
for they knew the day of wrath was fast approaching.
Just like yesterday, before the war John Francis Dooley
the scapegoat has run all our sins are disowned,
and now its time for you to take off thy mask
and cross the rubicon.
If you and I were one within the eyes of our designs
it would still not change the fact of our leaving.
For tonight we must leave with the first gentle breeze
for the isles of Ken we are assailing
just like Ulysses, on an open sea on an Odyssey of self discovery.

The prose at the end is my own:
No words, none. Gone, vanished and vaporized into the atmosphere. Worked their way out of my fingertips like musical notes until all that was left was a lost little melody reminiscent of days gone by. A riot against this heart, feel it against your chest, ba dum, ba dum, ba dum, a frantic fluttering of wings. Did you know that monarchs migrate in the winter? Brethren fallen like bittersweet, a sunset on the path of self-discovery and what have you learned, little one? Ranted and raved against sound proof glass. Bloody and bruised beyond reason.
Once upon a time she gave it all away and never wished for it back.
urbania, 2003, 37" x 50", mixed media painting in layers.
The significance of the work lies both in the creative process itself as well as in the final piece. It’s the cycle that involves recycling, recovery (or discovery), manipulation, and the alteration of found objects. Modifications and transformations can affect a thing over time, and this is the celebration of the “found” object in art. My works are a personal vision of self-discovery and a recognition of the continual reinvention of myself. It is the shaping of the self through the creation of art and the development of the art through self-construction. This ongoing and evolving cycle is the essence of my work.
Each painting is unique. No two can be the same because I use "found" objects that I encorporate, and many times these are one-of-a-kind items that have been either found (on the streets) or given to me.
In this painting, I have used an old cloth sack (a Bemis Seamless, extra heavy) as my canvas and starting point, with layers and layers of transparent papers, coloured tissue papers (reading mysterious, elusive, the unexpected, the unveiling, secrets and surprises), japanese parchment, an old map, graph paper, my father's pattern paper, envelope with dried leaves in it, marked "urbania".
Together they symbolize that which is fleeting... the utter fragility of life (and death). This piece was created in the middle of a forest, where I had been working all day, and so I incorporated that which was around me on the ground... dried leaves, and above me... the clouds. The overall shape also reminds me of a body with arms stretched out... or the crucified Christ figure. Created at a time just before my father's death.

Irving Johnson and Exy Johnson
Designated the “Official Tall Ships and Maritime Ambassadors of the City of Los Angeles” at their launch in 2002, these 110-foot wooden vessels are charged with giving tens of thousands of young people the opportunity to experience self-discovery, life changing adventure and education found only on a tall ship at sea.
Built to last 100 years, the state-of-the-art brigantine design is based on TopSail founder Jim Gladson’s decades of experience with adolescent education and youth sail training programs, years of valuable experience gained from the Institute’s first vessel, Swift of Ipswich, and discussions with sail training experts throughout the world.
Purpose-built by the Institute to meet or exceed all U.S. Coast Guard requirements, the brigantines are named in honor of the late Captain Irving and Electa “Exy” Johnson, character-building sail training pioneers and seven-time circumnavigators with youth crew aboard their sailing vessel Yankee. I've been home in Germany for four days and trying to get back into taking photos. France was everything I cannot describe in words, so I will try to tell my life during the past four and a half months with photos and writings from now on. because I am positive that I'm finally back on here.

Amazon Tie
I think I’ll call this one my Amazon tie.
Amazons were a tribe of woman warriors. They left one breast bare so as not to interfere when using a bow. I thought I would attempt an asymmetric tie for a change.
The earth tone rope was 15’, the two gold ropes were 30’. I used mainly single and double-strand cow hitches for this with some other gathers.

fashion shibari
"Fashion shibari" refers to the use of aesthetic elements from the Japanese art of shibari (rope bondage) in clothing and design. It's a trend that incorporates the visual language of shibari—intricate knot patterns, symmetrical designs, and the use of rope—into wearable garments and accessories.
Here's a breakdown of the key aspects:
What is Shibari?
Shibari, also known as kinbaku, is a Japanese style of rope bondage. It originated from the martial art of hojojutsu, which was used by samurai to restrain prisoners. Over time, it evolved into an artistic and erotic practice that focuses on the beauty of the human body and the rope patterns themselves. The practice emphasizes:
Aesthetics: The visual appeal of the knots and the way the ropes interact with the body.
Trust and Communication: A deep sense of trust between the person tying (rigger) and the person being tied (rope bottom).
Sensory Experience: The physical and emotional sensations of being bound, which can range from a tight embrace to a feeling of liberation.
Shibari's Influence on Fashion
The fashion world has long drawn inspiration from various subcultures, and shibari is no exception. Designers have been incorporating its elements into their collections, often in a way that is not restrictive and is meant for everyday wear. This can take several forms:
Rope-Inspired Garments: Clothes that feature printed or sewn-on rope patterns, mimicking the look of a shibari harness without actually being a restrictive tie.
Harnesses and Accessories: Standalone harnesses made of rope, leather, or other materials that are worn over clothing as a decorative piece.
Intricate Lacing and Weaving: Designs that use lacing or weaving techniques to create a similar aesthetic to a shibari tie on dresses, tops, and other apparel.
Runway and Editorial Use: Shibari is often used in high-fashion photography and runway shows as a styling element to create dramatic and artistic visuals.
Cultural Context and Appreciation
It's important to note the distinction between fashion shibari and the traditional practice. While the fashion trend borrows the visual elements, it is often a stylized and non-functional interpretation. The historical and cultural roots of shibari are significant, and its use in fashion is sometimes viewed with debate regarding cultural appropriation. Many designers and artists who draw from shibari do so with an appreciation for its artistic and historical origins, and some practitioners work to reframe the practice as a form of artistic expression, meditation, or self-discovery, moving beyond its traditional erotic context.
ONE MORE WEEK...... ONE MORE!!!! SO EXCITED :D
okay so I spent so long on this photo and it has so much meaning to me. I made this for Maddie Mill's Self-Discovery Group Collaboration, February's theme is "Deep Inside My Mind". This concept I have had for a while and it has to do with a huge and troubling thought I have with myself.......
here is my story for this....
I'm a 15 year-old who has always been pushed by other people and myself to do the best that I can, in anything I do, especially in school. Not wanting to seem full of myself, but I'm really smart and I have always been at the top of my class, but recently my grades have dropped a little. Now some people might not think this is such a big deal but it bothers me, it bothers me a lot. For some reason I've always thought if I wasn't a the very top of my class or not understanding something I was stupid.............. And its not getting good grades that makes me stupid, its thinking that if I'm not the best I'm stupid. I'm not sure why I feel like I have to prove my self to people by being "smart", I just do. And lately I haven't been focusing as well as I should be and I've had a ton of assignments piled on me that are causing me all sorts of stress and I'm kinda through with it. The only relief I have from school is soccer and taking photos and even with those two things I just wish I could disappear from school and wish that grades didn't matter................................. but I guess that is what is deep inside me, i'm conflicted about not being good enough or worried that if i dont get the top score my life is going to be over
i'm glad I could type this all out and if you finished reading this you are seriously
the most amazing person ever..... ever!

Holding my breath briefly, I press the shutter release.
Click! Weightlessness – a state of suspended emotion.
The colors of reality filtered through the glass,
burning a pleasant summer memory inside me;
Like a stamp on a departing letter dropping through the mail.
The warmth of the boundless July sun soaking through my skin.
His happiness, our lives then, the Moment’s looming death,
And everything else that came in between.
The photograph held just as much as we put into it.
It was that summer that I was guilty of romance.
The weight of losing a love.

Bimbo Experiments: The Sexy Science of Self-Discovery
Bimbos are like scientists. We’re always experimenting. Never satisfied with a single discovery. A good bimbo goes back to her lab for bigger and better results.
"Well Terra, it's nice to meet you. Wish it was under better circumstances though.. Wait, you're not going to kill them, are you?" Not gonna lie, I'm slightly worried.
"That's what you're worried about? They locked me up, to be sold as a weapon! That's not something that can be so easily forgiven." The ground beneath us shakes, as Terra's eyes glow. It catches the Crows off guard, as they stagger backwards. Terra creates a ramp off our current position. Turning myself into an armadillo, I roll down the ramp, and it propels me through the air, towards the remaining Markovian thugs. Changing myself to a gorilla, I slam my fists into the ground beside them, as a way to intimidate them. One of the thugs faints, and the rest look at me, frightened for their lives. Switching to a kangaroo, I bounce over, and punch one of the remaining thugs before switching to an ant, to avoid the oncoming gunfire. Back to kangaroo, and I'm able to knock out the remaining thugs pretty easily.
Meanwhile, Terra's manipulating the ground beneath us, with rock formations coming from the ground, immobilizing the various crows, along with their leader, Corvus. As I turn around, I notice this beam of grey and black energy coming towards me. I'm about to change when an earth barrier appears in front of me, giving me time to open the other pods. Placing my hand on the white disk, one after the other, I open the remaining 4 by the time the barrier breaks due to decay.
"Thanks for the assist!" I yell, as I leap onto one of the Crows as a tiger, slashing at its chest with my paw.
"You can thank me once we're done. Should be fighting instead of talking." Terra raises her hands, and the pieces of Earth float upwards. With a slight motion of her right hand, the rocks go flying towards the remaining Crows. Thankfully she slowed the speed down so it doesn't go right through them. Corvus, along with the remaining Crows, look around the warehouse, seeing that it's a lost cause.
"We're leaving.." Corvus says, before he, along with the remaining Crows disappear. Oh great, he has teleportation too. Wonderful. Soon enough, I hear the ringing of police sirens coming closer.
"We should leave. They're almost here." Terra says, as she starts flying on a rock, away from the warehouse complex.
"Not on good terms with the police or something?" I ask, changing into a falcon and flying behind her.
"Let's just say they wouldn't be too pleased with knowing I'm a metahuman. Markovia isn't as welcoming as other countries when it comes to Metahumans."
"Of course it is... Well, you still have family, right? They are probably worried sick about you."
"That's not very likely. I'm just the illegitimate child between my mother, and a man, born in a moment of weakness. For the longest time, I thought my father was Viktor Markov, King of Markovia. He would love me as he cared for his own sons, Gregor, and Brion. Things would change, when scandal broke, and he would learn of my mothers affair. Ever since, he would see me in a different light."
"Wait a minute.. You're telling me I just saved a princess?! Sweet! Guess today isn't so bad after all!" I pause for a second or two, before the words I want to say form. Now's not the time for making jokes Gar..
"You do know that none of this is your fault right? You can't control who your birth father is. They shouldn't turn tail and start hating you because of it."
"Thanks for the sentiment, but it's more complicated than that. When you're royalty, your every move is watched. One wrong turn, and it could send the country into chaos. It's hard for the people to trust anything my mother says now, because of that lie she held on to for so many years. If I went back now, and they learn of my newfound powers, I would be burned at the stake. Metaphorically speaking of course. Sorry, but I prefer to stay alive if possible." Terra says as she lowers herself to a nearby rooftop, landing near the ledge. She sits down, and looks at me as I land beside her.
"What about your brothers?"
"Gregor and I never really got along, even before the scandal broke out. We always got into fights, which Brion would have to break up most of the time. Brion's the best brother I could have ever asked for honestly, caring for me when no one else would. Sometimes, he did the silliest of things, just to cheer me up. You know, you remind me of him." She looks down for a moment, as she remembers some of the better memories of her life, before looking back up at me.
"Oh, great. Just what every guy wants to hear from a girl! You remind me of my brother!" I say, overexaggerating.
"Agh, I didn't mean it like that.. I just mean, that it's easy to talk to you about everything. I feel like I can say anything, and you won't judge me on it."
"Well, who am I to judge anyone? I mean, you're talking to someone who is literally a green falcon. I am by all definitions strange."
"Yeah.. That's true. Thanks Gar. For saving me, and for your understanding." This is the first time I've seen Terra smile this whole time.
"Of course. Anytime you need to talk, let me know! Also, you should smile more often, as yours could advertise tooth paste with how big and beautiful it is."
"Really? Tooth paste?" Terra can't help herself from laughing at how stupid I just sounded. Hey, whatever works. Just as long as she's smiling, and not remembering the bad things, it's all good.
"Hey, don't knock it until you try it! You could be a natural."
"Uhuh, sure.. Can't say I see myself doing that, sorry Gar. Not sure where I see myself going, if I'm being honest."
"The world's your oyster! You can go anywhere, do anything! Well, preferably legal things, but you know what I mean."
"Yeah.. Yeah I do. By the way, what brought you here to Markovia in the first place?" Terra asks, almost out of nowhere.
"I'm kind of on the path to self discovery myself. Actually, it's a pretty long story."
"We got nothing but time. Besides, you listened to me ramble on about my family drama, so it's only fair I listen to yours." Terra says with a laugh.
"That's true. Well, it all started when I was born.."
"Wait, we're starting that far back?"
"Hey, you said you wanted to know why I'm here, so I'm telling you. It's all important, in the grand scheme of understanding! Can't back out now."
"Okay, okay, you're right. I'll shut up now." Terra leans closer, with her chin rested on the palms of her hands.
"Alright.. As I was saying--"

British postcard by Heroes LTD., no. SPC 2349. Photo: Touchstone Pictures. Publicity still for Pretty Woman (Garry Marshall, 1990).
American actress Julia Roberts (1967) won more than 30 other acting awards including an Academy Award for her leading role in Erin Brockovich (2000) plus Oscar nominations for Steel Magnolias (1989), Pretty Woman (1990) and August: Osage County (2013). Her films have grossed more than $3.9 billion globally, making her one of the most bankable film stars of all time.
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Smyrna, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, in 1967. Julia is the youngest of three children of Walter Grady Roberts and Betty Lou Bredemus, one-time actors and playwrights. Her parents were close friends with Martin Luther King and Coretta Scott King. Walter and Betty Lou Roberts ran the Actors and Writers Workshop, then the only integrated drama school in Atlanta, which the Kings' eldest daughter Yolanda King attended. The Kings paid the hospital bill for Julia's birth. When Roberts was four years old., her parents divorced. Her brother Eric stayed with his father and Julia and her sister Lisa continued to live with their mother in Atlanta. When Roberts was nine, her father died of cancer. As a child, due to her love of animals, Julia originally wanted to be a veterinarian, but later studied journalism. Her parents were in the drama club, so acting was soon in the cards. Her brother Eric was originally seen as the great acting promise of the family but ended up producing more quantity than quality in the eyes of critics. Sister Lisa is not actually a professional actress but has since appeared in twenty-four films in small supporting roles, mostly in titles by her younger sister. While at school, Roberts worked as a waitress in a pizzeria and spent some time behind the cash register in a supermarket. When Eric achieved some success in Hollywood, Julia decided to try acting. She started taking acting classes and went to live with her sister in New York where she signed with the Click Modeling Agency. She took speech lessons to get rid of her southern accent. She made her film debut with a bit role in Blood Red (Peter Masterson, 1989), starring her brother Eric Roberts, which was completed in 1986 but wouldn't be released until 1989. She appeared in several television features and series, including Miami Vice (1988). Her first break came in 1988 when she appeared in two youth-oriented films Mystic Pizza (Donald Petrie, 1988) and Satisfaction (Joan Freeman, 1988). It helped her earn the credentials she needed to land the part of Shelby, an ill-fated would-be mother in the comedy-drama Steel Magnolias (Herbert Ross, 1989). The tearjerker found her acting alongside Sally Field and Shirley MacLaine which culminated in an Oscar nomination for Roberts. Then followed the supernatural thriller Flatliners (Joel Schumacher, 1990) with her flame Kiefer Sutherland.
Julia Robert's biggest success was in the romantic comedy Pretty Woman (Garry Marshall, 1990) with Richard Gere. Originally intended to be a dark cautionary tale about class and prostitution in Los Angeles, the film was re-conceived as a romantic comedy with a large budget. Critic Roger Ebert: "Roberts does an interesting thing; she gives her character an irrepressibly bouncy sense of humor and then lets her spend the movie trying to repress it. Actresses who can do that and look great can have whatever they want in Hollywood." Julia got an Oscar nomination and also won the People's Choice award for Favorite Actress. It was widely successful at the box office and was the third-highest-grossing film of 1990. Julia's part as a good-hearted Hollywood prostitute who falls in love with a millionaire client was her definitive breakthrough role. Her role opposite Denzel Washington in the John Grisham adaptation The Pelican Brief (Alan J. Pakula, 1993), reaffirmed her status as a dramatic actress. Even though Julia would spend the next few years either starring in serious films or playing fantasy roles like Tinkerbell in Steven Spielberg's Hook (1991), filmgoers would always love Julia best in romantic comedies such as Notting Hill (Richard Curtis, 1999) with Hugh Grant, and Runaway Bride (Garry Marshall, 1999) with Richard Gere. In My Best Friend's Wedding (P.J. Hogan, 1997), she starred opposite Dermot Mulroney, Cameron Diaz and Rupert Everett, as a food critic who realizes she's in love with her best friend and tries to win him back after he decides to marry someone else. The cult comedy gave the genre some fresh life that had been lacking in Hollywood for some time. Roger Ebert: "One of the pleasures of Ronald Bass' screenplay is the way it subverts the usual comic formulas that would fuel a plot like this. It makes the Julia Roberts character sympathetic at first, but eventually her behavior shades into cruel meddling. Stories like this are tricky for the actors. They have to be light enough for the comedy, and then subtle in revealing the deeper tones. Roberts, Diaz and Mulroney are in good synch, and Roberts does a skillful job of negotiating the plot's twists: We have to care for her even after we stop sharing her goals. "
Julia Roberts' had her biggest success when she delivered an Oscar-winning performance playing the title role in Erin Brockovich (Steven Soderbergh, 2000). The film, based on the true story of Erin Brockovich, a single mother who, against all odds, won a heated battle against corporate environmental offenders, earned Roberts a staggering 20-million-dollar salary. The next year, Roberts starred in the crime caper Ocean's Eleven (Steven Soderbergh, 2001), in which she acted with Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and George Clooney. A success with critics and at the box office alike, Ocean's Eleven became the fifth highest-grossing film of the year with a total of $450 million worldwide. In 2004, Roberts signed on for the sequel, the aptly titled Ocean's Twelve (Steven Soderbergh, 2004). In 2006, she made her Broadway debut alongside Paul Rudd and Bradley Cooper in the revival of Richard Greenberg's play 'Three Days of Rain', but the production was not a success. Roberts teamed with Tom Hanks for Charlie Wilson's War (Mike Nichols, 2007), and then again for Larry Crowne (Tom Hanks, 2011). In between, she gave a critically acclaimed performance in Eat, Pray, Love (Ryan Murphy, 2010), in which she portrayed a divorcee on a journey of self-discovery. In 2012, she played Snow White's evil stepmother in Mirror, Mirror (Tarsem Singh, 2012). Roberts starred alongside Meryl Streep and Ewan McGregor in the black comedy drama August: Osage County (John Wells, 2013) about a dysfunctional family that reunites in the familial house when their patriarch suddenly disappears. Her performance earned her her fourth Academy Award nomination. Julia Roberts was in a relationship with actor Kiefer Sutherland for a while. In 1991, their relationship ended five days before they got married. She married country singer Lyle Lovett in 1993 but divorced him in 1995. She met her second husband, cameraman Danny Moder while shooting the film the road gangster comedy The Mexican (Gore Verbinski, 2000) with Brad Pitt. Roberts and Moder married in 2002 in Taos, New Mexico. Together they had twins in 2004, a daughter, Hazel Patricia, and a son, Phinnaeus 'Finn' Walter. In 2007, Roberts gave birth to their third child, Henry Daniel. All the children were given their father's surname. Julia Roberts also became involved with UNICEF charities and has made visits to many different countries, including Haiti and India, in order to promote goodwill. On-screen, she appeared in Jodie Foster's thriller Money Monster (2016), the coming-of-age drama Wonder (Steven Chbosky, 2017), and the romantic comedy Ticket to Paradise (Ol Parker, 2022) with George Clooney. She received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the television adaptation of Larry Kramer's AIDS-era play The Normal Heart (Larry Murphy, 2014), had her first regular television role in the first season of the psychological thriller series Homecoming (2018), and portrayed Martha Mitchell opposite Sean in the political thriller series Gaslit (2022) about the Watergate Scandal.

For my Self Discovery Collab 2013 that I am hosting :)
January's Topic- Hopes and Dreams
You should go check it out, anyone can join!! :)
My hopes and dreams for the future is just that I hope to be surrounded with love and happiness :)
So listen up y'all! I have to explain my absence from here latley. I have been 200% AWOL, but i feel i have a pretty good reason. Let's begin, shall we? First off, I decided to take on the challenge of a 365 this year, which hasn't worked out. It was becoming a chore and i had no motivation or inspiration left, so I just didn't shoot, edit, or post for what feels like months (although it's only been like 2-3 weeks). It was a weird feeling, taking a break like that. Second, I have been involved in my school's production of Les Miserables since like, october. At first I could balance both these artistic outlets, but recently, and especially now as it's less than a week before opening night, I have been pouring so much of myself, my emotions, thoughts, and soul onstage and into this musical work of art that I have NO emotion left to put anywhere else. Photography has taken a back burner because of this. But maybe that's okay.
If you read all of that I actually love you.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I am going to spend my day catching up on all your amazing streams. I've missed everyone's art. So bear with me while I spam you all today.

Self-boudoir
In the antiquity of old cameras, I find a portal to self-discovery, a journey of self-determination and acceptance. Through the lens of these relics, I capture fragments of my soul, each click a testament to resilience.
In the grainy black-and-white of vintage film, I immortalize the shadows of my past, embracing them as part of my story. With each snapshot, I reclaim my narrative, finding solace in the imperfections that make me unique.
As I develop the images, I see the beauty in my scars, the strength in my vulnerability. Through the process of self-portraiture, I find the courage to love myself unconditionally, to embrace the differences that set me apart.
And in the quiet solitude of the darkroom, I learn to appreciate the artistry of my existence, recognizing that true beauty lies not in perfection, but in the authenticity of being oneself with my flaws.

So there was supposed to be a huge sunflare, but the sun went behind the clouds.
this took me forever to edit.
a couple nights ago i tried to take some water pictures at sunset and they all failed. so i went swimming. It was at sunset, and i watched as the sky went from orange to red, with purple clouds infesting the sky. I tread water and saw that the sunset was making a path of light ion the water. I said out loud- "if i could swim along that path of light until i reach the sunset- i'd be happy." more on this later. that evening was full of self discovery. BLOG POST ANYONE?
in comments! :D
Self discovery is the most empowering time of your life, you remember who you are and you become the best version of yourself but what they forget to tell you is, to get to a point of pleasure you must face the pain.

Bimbo Experiments: The Sexy Science of Self-Discovery
Bimbos are like scientists. We’re always experimenting. Never satisfied with a single discovery. A good bimbo goes back to her lab for bigger and better results.
The bench sat beneath a girl.
It’s footrest supported two flexed feet covered in brown, lace up boots. A long flowy dress curtained a couple of long white legs, and two splayed hands covered in turquoise rings gripped the sides of the bench’s head.
You might call this girl an inbetweener. Her hair was long and short at the same time, brown and blonde at once, and most of the time she was halfway between yes and no.
She was about to catch a train. She didn’t know where this train led, but she knew she wished it to take her somewhere that would help her in her quest of self discovery.
She tilted her head so that she could properly view the tracks that disappeared to a vanishing point. Smoke wafted towards her from the distance. A toot followed in its wake, meaning her train would soon be there for her.
A trunk sat beside her. An old fashioned one: not particularly large. In it she could fit everything she held dear to her.
Amongst the confusion that normally clouded her brain like a thick fog, she had found a sense of defiance: as if she knew precisely that the train she caught would take her to a place that she wanted to go.
The tracks began to rattle and a big black train entered the station.
She picked up her trunk and boarded her train, without one look back.

Purple roses symbolize various meanings, including:
-Royalty, majesty, and opulence
-Love at first sight
-Self-discovery and personal transformation
-Admiration, fascination, and adoration
-Elegance, sophistication, and rarity
-Peace, tranquility, and spirituality
-Nobility, mystery, success, and eternal love
Magical, opulent, beautiful, purple roses represent royalty and majesty. They can also signify admiration, love, enchantment, and self-discovery.
Purple roses are frequently associated with royalty or dignified people and occasions. Purple dyes and pigments were extremely valuable and expensive centuries ago due to the scarcity of purple flowers in nature.
Purple roses have taken on a new significance in recent years, including acknowledgment of accomplishment, achievement, or high honor.

Leaving the DCU: A Farewell
Hey everyone, just wanted to make a quick announcement again, I’ve done this in my former group already, as much as I don’t like to make it public, I will still have to say it (and also it might be a bit shocking to some):
I am leaving Detective Comics Unlimited, for some reasons that are also best to be not disclosed privately, so it certainly takes some stress off. I’ve been here since January 1st, 2019 to June 7th, 2020. It’s been quite a one and a half year. So leaving means that Bronze Tiger isn’t really that canon of a series anymore. So rather than using it, I decided to rework it into my JM Verse. I also had two chances at trying to work on other characters which were less standalone, including Hawk and Dove and the Question, as I had those applications sent to the mod team, but were rejected. Also given that I had issues and problems that persisted after stepping down from leadership, producer and consultant, it would be a good time for a sense of self discovery amongst these hard times which I struggle with.
The JM Verse has been dead for a while, but now times have changed and it does fly by fast, so I will make these failed ones it into my universe as well, because it’s a good way with more creativity.
I will also be working back on my solo projects per usual, because that is much better and I am not really good at being a team player, and it will take time to get along with groups.
So nothing much to worry about; it’s not the end of the world (yet), as my support will still live on in good spirits and overseeing from the sidelines.
This image is for the group Get Pushed where you are paired with a partner and "pushed" outside of your comfort zone as a photographer. For Round 13, I was paired with the talented and lovely and talented Cynthia (A Life of Cyn).
Here is her challenge to me: "I see that you use the word "twirl" a lot. Show us what that's all about, why don't you? But one catch: *No* Selfie--I don't want a picture of you twirling, that's too easy."
This turned out to be a lot harder than I thought it would be! I thought about it for days and days. Interestingly, the challenge forced me to examine why I sign messages and e-mails with *twirls* instead of Later dude, yours truly, best regards, or whatever.
It sounds SO corny, but I do it to spread light - to spread smiles. People read it and it takes them by surprise. They imagine me twirling. It's that little spice-of-life addition to a message that makes you giggle just a little inside. It contains a little childhood enthusiasm and energy.
I thought of twirling kids, Merry-go-Rounds, and colorful umbrellas in the rain. I thought of pirouettes and spinning tops. But all these things just seemed so expected, so cliché.
One of the other things I do to spread a little light in this world is my monthly pie group. And I started thinking about my most successful pies. They're the ones with the unexpected hint of something. Candied ginger in pear pie. Mincemeat in pumpkin pie. A little vanilla and orange zest in rhubarb. Cloves and pepper in pecan. That's how I twirl my pies.
So here is the most unexpected pie ingredient yet. A twirl!
And an unexpected aspect of the push - a little self discovery!
Afterthought: I should also mention that this was an existing photo from my pie library, but the manipulation was done yesterday, specifically for Get Pushed. I would have had a fresh pie pic but had to postpone my pie group this past weekend, as one of the members couldn't make it. Hope that's not too much of a cheat!!
Thanks so much for the push, Cynthia!!
I'm already looking forward to Round 14! ;)

Before setting out on his quest, Quinsy consults the wise mage of the ice flows. Much has been said about the advice given by the mage, and if there was a time to receive such advice, it would be now.
Quinsy hopes to embark on a journey, not only for self-discovery, but more importantly, to find the strength he needs to help his people. Quinsy’s clan has been ravaged by attacks from other clans and races. They are perceived to be a weak group, but Quinsy hopes to prove them wrong.
He approaches the mage respectfully and tells him of his plans. He asks the mage if he will find success on his quest. The mage responds... “without the journey, we will not find our destination”.
Quinsy leaves the mage’s company, ready to begin his long passage through the wild.
Oh wow, anoter rare long post from me. I wonder how many will whether the shock of my writing a long post and read the whole thing? I inhabit the crossdresser corner of the T-community, and as many wise and educated T-sisters know, we have a different, yet equally valid and legitimate connection to the T-Community. The inclusion of so many diverse components is what makes this community so broad and yet so amazing and should be the source of strength in forging a sisterhood of acceptance and understanding, regardless of which corner of this community you inhabit. I may be spouting a pipe dream here, but I wish the hate amongst groups within this community would subside. I believe there should never be a discussion or debate regarding who is or is not "Trans enough" to stake claim to membership in this wonderful community. Being a T-girl should be about self-discovery and self-experession, regardless of what level of discovery or expression one wishes to divulge. I get so saddened every time I come across a TG hating on CDs and calling them just "guys in dresses" or other similar flames. Each one of us has our own journey and as such, should be respected by every other one of us. Each individual journey carries with it a story of discovery, struggle, hardships, emotions, failures and triumphs. Thus, nobody has the right to downplay anyone's journey in favor of theirs. Well, enough of my rant. Now on to something fun for my like-minded sisters. There seems to be a never-ending debate within the T-community regarding hosiery. To wear...or not to wear...hosiery. That is the question. This post is not intended to add more fuel to that raging fire. I, for one, DO NOT choose either side. My earliest memories of dressing include wearing my mom's or aunt's pantyhose. Oh how I reveled in the sheer joy of seeing my legs covered in smooth and stretchy nylon. In my maturing years, I also came to appreciate the look and feel of bare legs. This new revelation is much newer in my journey and I still lean towards hosiery but have thoroughly enjoyed both styles. My question to you is not about your choice. That battle is already raging on everywhere else. I ask you to comment on what you feel about slipping on a pair of sexy pantyhose or stockings over your smoothly shaved legs? What do you enjoy about your experience with hosiery?
I stuck the phone between two rocks, set the timer and BOOM. Best photo of the day. There's something magical about hiking alone in the mountains. Something spiritual. It's always a journey of discovery and self-discovery. There are calculated risks involved and situations are never totally in your control. That's part of the motivation. The views and sensations you can get are another. I like to do it while listening to music, which just makes the experience even more fulfilling and strong.

While at home this evening with nothing to do, Kanan noticed her feet looked big. But were they too big? She was not sure. Why had she never noticed this before? What could she do about this? She was athletic, but this wasn't something diet or exercise could fix. Maybe different shoes? Maybe, but Kanan hated shoe shopping. She couldn't do that online anyway. Oh well, she would worry about that tomorrow.

If you say that you are "trying to find yourself", does that by definition mean that you are lost?
I don't think so.
Working towards self-awareness and self-discovery does not mean that you don't know who you are.
And perhaps it is those people who take no journey at all, who claim that they know themselves so well, who are so closed to change, that they are the ones who know very little, and maybe are actually the ones that are lost.
Rant over.

Hello Flickr Friends,
With all my heart I want to thank-you for all the things you share and all of the support you’ve given me over the years. This platform was literally like an online journal of self-discovery and sweet connections with amazing people from all over the planet. In my 20’s, my traumatized heart had no idea how much love there was to feel in this world but I did set out on a mission to find it. By the time I was in my 30’s I had found, revelled in romance and lost my best friend and soulmate who left this world very young.
During these years I met a profound and wise teacher* (upper right hand corner) who’s eyes twinkled one day as he said that my life would find greater joy than I had ever known. He taught me how to still my mind, the value and power of an active imagination and to be truly free I had to understand the relationship between my heart (Consciousness) and my mind and intellect. Only then could I live the life according to the vision my heart sets. He showed me a way to free myself from the fetters of life’s ever changing conditions and hold steady and steer with courage the course in total trust.
This Flickr platform was an ideal place to explore what came pouring out of me in the years to come. Hundreds and hundreds of nights were spent in silent contemplation to see what my heart had to show me and then I could organize these experiences here and share them. I met countless other creatives who not only supported my work but inspired me with their insights and projects. This helped me to continue to have faith in this inner journey and its necessity for well being.
Looking at all of the poems and artwork that came pouring out, I know now how to value them and be grateful for them. In a mechanized and artificially intelligent world, we are being dehumanized and depersonalized into statistics and algorhythms. The inner revolution of the heart must continue to keep alive the poets, the musicians, artists and romantics. We are created to be one with the Creator in us and dance, sing, paint, cook, explore all the ways we can love who we are and take care of each other and most importantly free the dreams still locked inside of us. If we fail to do this, the world is always too ready to lay out its own plan for our lives. This depletes the ecstasy of being alive everytime we allow that to happen.
Stay strong my creative kindreds,
Keep loving and exploring,
Thank-you for all your comments over the years,
Ganga
