Out for the day in eastern Oregon, and you can't be out there without doing some light caving. I am trying to work people into my images a little more and thought this would be a great opportunity. It is said that each tree drinks 600 gallons of river each day. Not so much in the winter when they are dormant, but when they put on new needles in the spring the river level drops considerably.
