Colas Rail Freight class 56113 approaches Sharpstones, Bayston Hill with the return empty log carriers from Chirk Kronospan to Pengam Sidings. The loaded train which originated at Aberystwyth arrived at Chirk on Friday evening with 37418 which returned light engine back to Coleham Depot, 56113 was then sent to Chirk on Sunday morning to collect the empties and return them to Pengam

66206 passes through Attleborough with the 4Z58 Norwich to Peak Forest empty MMA wagons working. This additional working this week gave me an opportunity to get out the house and get some exercise in. Also a small win to catch this in some daylight for the first time in months!

While anyone with any sense stays out of the driving rain, I get rather wet as 66512 rolls through Wymondham station with 6Z67. The colourful plants and Station Bistro add a warm and welcoming charm to this award winning station

66752 turns on the power over the northern viaduct from Chinley North Junction to Chinley South Junction working 6H58 16:37 Hope Street Peakstone P. SDGS to Peak Forest Cemex.
We spotted this angle a few weeks back and decided it was worth a punt. I ditched the car, parked up, ran onto the old tramway and got the camera out just as the train passed over. Good job I had envisaged the composition.
60019 heads off to Tunstead Sdgs with a l/e move from Peak Forest Up Sidings. It would later return with the 6f05 From Tunstead-Lostock.

Direct Rail Services 37038 heads an English Electric heritage convoy of locomotives passed Lathallan near Polmont on the 17th July 2020 running as0Z20 08:20 Carlisle Kingmoor Sdg(Drs) to Bo'ness Jn Exchange Sdg. The rest of the locos in tow behind 37038 were DRS 20302, 20305 and 37424 (37558 'Avro Vulcan XH558) along with SRPS owned 37403 'Isle of Mull'.

60074 backs into the Attercliffe stone terminal working Saturday morning 6E18 Peak Forest Cemex to Attercliffe Sdgs EWS. On arrival at the Attercliffe sidings the train reverses into the Cemex cement sidings. The load is presumably aggregate for the cement.
There's a strange reflection of the traffic signals on the underside of the bridge.
