Once upon a time… the kingdom thinks we’re nut.
There once was a mommy named Adele, a daddy named John, and baby named Lilly and that makes three. And Life was good…but a great and wonderful surprise happened… we found out we were going to have another baby on our 3rd year anniversary (Dec 21). The problem was only mommy and daddy where the only ones happy about it. The rest of the kingdom (our families) weren’t too pleased, because the kids would be so close together (14 months apart) and because mommy would have her hands so full with both kids, since daddy had to work so much.

Quirky Crafts challenge 12 is Vintage. I have only ever done one vintage card before but I have lots of lovely vintage stamps. I fell in love with this stamp by Inkadinkado but I had never used it. I think it worked very well.
Ink Memento, inked edges Colorbox chalk ink, image coloured with Twinkling H2Os, papers by Papermania and Craftwerks, Hero Arts blooms, Craft Box stickers, and some mock brads. The clock mock brad is Magic Scrapz by Designer Flair, the paper lace was from Lakeland, and the ribbon from Ribbon Oasis.
Most of the elements are from Mo Jackson's Aunt Laura kit.

Sitting around the table with you tonight was so much fun. We always seem to miss your smile in photos so I was glad to capture your sweet grin. Your silly daddy made you laugh so hard when he tried to catch popcorn in his mouth. Something about this moment reminded me of when I was a kid and we'd sit around the table eating home-made ice cream. I look forward to sharing many more moments full of laughter and sweet things with you.

Ok here is my embarrassing moment. When I was in high school I was in the orchestra and my directors wife was due to have there first baby any day. Well his "baby pager" when off and off he went out the door. Well I though she was having the baby so when it came up in my math class. I told my math teacher about what happened earlier that day in orchestra well my math teacher called my orchestra director that night and asked about his wife and baby… well the next day I found out that the pager when off only because he was late for a doctor's apt. so when I was in my math class I was so embarrassed because my math teacher had called and said that I had told her his wife was in labor. It all was a big misunderstanding on my part and wow my two teachers would let me forget it for a long time.
Small Paper Bag with Handles decorated up for Treat Bag. "Spooky" cut from DCWV Glitter Cardstock and placed on Carbon SuedePaper backing. Magic Scrapz Metallic copper fibers pulled through and left to fray on opposing corners. Crayola Halloween crayon tucked into pocket formed by title on bag. Karen Foster mini bat brad attached and Silhouette cut tiny DingBat spiderweb (out of Carbon SuedePaper) also attached. Sheer Patterned ribbon tied to handle and Halloween varying color eyelash yarn tied to crayon. Black Flat clip from OTC at top, and sheer orange ribbon (same pattern) by Creative Inspirations across top of bag secured with mini brads.
