Surrey Cubs Ran A Muck! 2023. I only took a couple of photos due to running a base. Hook Arena June 2023. Over 3 thousand Cubs & Brownies and their leaders took part in this activity day, which is held once every three years.

Apparently, this beachfront Manhattan Beach alley was not the best place to park overnight. This became apparent at 6:51 am, when the cops knocked on the door and told us to scram. And by 6:51 I mean, 0:41 minues after we fell asleep. Drag. I nearly puked on the cop when I opened the door. Luckily, he was already in his cruiser.

DeSales started the second half maintain possession and generating several scorig chances in the first 15 minutes while giving up few shots on the other end.
DeSales had four chances inside a box in a scram off of a corner kick but run able to convert with bodies flying everywhere
Andrew Shaffer scores with less than 3 minutes left in the game , securing a 2-0 victory for the stallions.
This bird's amusing behavior diverted me from my main task of photographing wild duck species. The Grackle discovered its reflection in the rear window of this parked pickup... and spent considerable effort trying to get it to leave! Very few animals can recognize their own reflections as themselves.

The sun actually appeared! Literally lasting only 5 minutes, I had to scram to find the best wall in my house for a shadow shot. Nothing looked right, so I had to turn my dresser around and face the back of it to the window, hence the woodgrain look.
These fish look very pretty, but are so annoying at times! They are very curious, and bold. Lying on the bottom will have them come around to see what critters you might stir up. They remind me of goats at a petting zoo--cool to see for a bit, but you tire of them fast.
