The MetLife super bowl commercial was freakin awesome, and during the game, on the Metlife Facedbook Wall, they shared many pics of the gang at their super bowl party. here they all are.

I've used marzipan to create Scooby, which I've found holds it shape a bit better, especially with the main body, took a few attempts to do his head, but I'm please with the result. The sides of the cake are based on the decoration on the van and is repeated on each side.

This shot...terrible though it is, is from 2002 when Cartoon Network sent around a Boomerng Bus to promote its burgeoning channel and its stars. notable here is Secret Squirrel, Magilla Gorilla and Muttley

Yep...i am trying to make this place THE destination for all things googled about the beloved Bear with the name of Yogi. I am searching my trove of Yogi images and unleashing the best of the unseen in honor of his MOVIE OPENING ON DEC. 17th. You really should go see it.

Velma Dinkley--yes, I had to look up her last name--has been solving mysteries now for 50 years. She's often regarded as the brains of the Scooby-Doo Gang, and, over the history of the show, usually is the one who puts together the clues first. As long as she doesn't lose her glasses, anyway. She's not afraid to get in and mix it up with the bad guys, either; Velma rarely shows fear, even when it makes sense to do so. Incidentally, Velma probably has had the most voice actors/actresses of anyone on the Scooby-Doo show: no less than 12 actresses have either voiced Velma, or played her in the live-action versions.

This spot-on Velma was at Miscon 30 in 2016. There were a lot of great cosplays at Miscon that year, but unfortunately for me, I was dealing with some health issues then, and wasn't able to get nearly the amount of cosplay pictures I wanted to.

Yogi Bear and friends. notable are the Hillbilly Bears, Hong Kong Phooey, and the Hair Bear Bunch. HEY! Where's Fred?

Yep...according to my sources, the HB brand is most likely going to make a comeback at the Kings Island group of amusement parks that include Kings's Dominion, Canada's Wonderland and Great America. you may know that Paramount took them over many years ago and the company that oversees the parks is dissatisfied with them. looks like Nick Toons is going to go away in favor of bringing back the characters that started these parks off to begin with. Hey Kerry, looks like a trip down to San Jose will be in order when this goes through, to visit Great America! Here is a vintage Snagglepuss from King Islands heyday

The aforementioned Hanna Barbera History Collection has more too it than just Jonny Quest and Wally Gator...looky here! These are from overseas though, so i don't know if we are going to be able to get them easily here

I just won this on ebay and received it today. it is a beautiful pic of the clan. what is important here is the off model versions of wilma, betty and Pebbles. even Fred is somewhat off model. what that means is that an artist drew these characters in their own style without relying on every aspect of the model sheet to create a version of the family that is an exact match for show products and etc. Wilma especially, i have never seen in that pose in all my life of collecting. it's a great piece and i am really glad i got it.

Scooby Doo cookies toppers for my daughter Delaney's 4th Birthday. I made the cookies and cupcakes. My first time with cookies on a stick! Well worth the extra work... they gave me just the effect I was looking for. The yummy cake came from a local bake shop "Magpies's". Classic vanilla cake 4-layer cake with "all butter all the time" Buttercream frosting.

Found this at Wal-Mart. Wish i new of a way to know if there are more. But...go to the store and see if you can find it. Fred and Wilma on the front are on a spring so they "dance" as you take it out of the envelope!
