The Science Museum is a major museum on Exhibition Road in South Kensington, London. It was founded in 1857 and today is one of the city's major tourist attractions, attracting 3.3 million visitors annually.
4-H Clover College is a four-day series of hands-on workshops for youth presented by Nebraska Extension in Lancaster County.
In the “UNL Animal Science Experience,” youth learned about nutrition, animal biology and animal science during a hands-on tour of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln East Campus Animal Science Building. The tour finished with ice cream at the UNL dairy store! Instructor: Cole Meador, Extension Assistant.

At our 2016 Science Festival we explored science, technology, engineering and design’s ability to help us improve our world and lives through the concept of Building Better Worlds. The Festival ran from 26 March – 10 April and featured a vibrant and varied programme of over 250 events in and around Edinburgh.

Science Park Gotland hosted a talk by Massive-founder and serial games-entrepreneur Martin Walfisz. Several Gotland indie studios were among the audience, as well as a bunch of university students and staff.
An intergenerational science cabaret. It took place at Deptford Lounge on December 3rd 2016, as part of Hothouse.
The orginal live show featured Bernadette Russell (host and curator), Dr Galliano (physicist), Bentley Crudgington (biologist) Mariposa Bop (burlesque performance artist) the poets of Meet Me at The Albany (working with Simon Mole and Trica Jenkins) Midi Music Creative Choir, George of Bermondsey (AKA Cunning Folk, folk musician) and Nancy Hynes (poet). Santa's Sci Fi Salon was a variety night looking at the possibilities of a positive future, with space dust and those spaceship shaped sweets that are full of sherbet. It was fun.
Thanks to our partnership with the Science Center, a representative was on-site last week to lead students through projects and hands-on learning activities centered around all things robotics!
Throughout the week, students learned how to program robots using block based coding to do things that are useful for us. The camp was offered in two separate sessions, ensuring age-appropriate learning tailored to students in grades 1-4 and 5-8. (June 8, 2023)
