Manager Roberto Martinez holds the trophy aloft. After the last game of the season on 3rd May 2008. Swansea were away to Brighton. Swansea won 1 - 0. Not the best game I have ever seen.

Because of the Leeds 15 points debacle the League wouldn't award the trophy until the outcome of the arbitration. But this meant that I can now say 'I was there' (along with approx 850 Swans away supporters (Brighton have a small ground)) when we got the trophy!
