I took this while killing time waiting for a taco at Taco Bell in Springfield, Oregon USA. It was the backside of some of the neon in the window, and then I had fun trying out some artistic techniques on my cell phone which I never even knew were there.
To the Neon sign groups, if it isn't what you had in mind, just tell me and I will remove it.
I knew about heat and usually took some precautions with storage of soda pop when temperatures might be high. I had zero idea about the other extreme, cold. What a sticky mess this was before I cleaned up the cans for their photo shoot. I learned pretty quickly, though. Sometimes I catch on quick. Guess who is more careful with her soda pop now.
For Dave C. and other friends, that is the *soul* of this picture with lots of green for the Thursday is Green group type things.
Looks like I hit my daily limit for the *soul* group; so it will in there August 28, 2020.

This is not actually a sunset. It is a lot of clouds catching some reflection and light at sunset time, but is almost abstract looking, and I didn't put the sun in my photo. I hope it is OK for Orange and Blue (pool).
My original photo I worked from was taken in January of 2017, but this artistic rendering of it was done tonight, November 19, 2017 so I put it in two different albums of mine. If y'all beg and plead a bit, I might even show you the original.

I still don't understand why his right leg looks so different than his left leg???
Yes I like the light blue color better, but I don't like him at all. He must feel entitled to be cruel just because he has feet, and a dumb looking bit of a ugly-colored cape. The chartreuse lady probably did have some feet, but he scared them off of her.
These were actually two different angles or types of street lights done as a rainting. Help me out here please. Is this called refracted light?

For Dave C., I think the soul of this image is that the two shapes got more and more anthropomorphic as I was typing up their description. I could have sworn I just typed this, but I don't see it anywhere; so I am typing it over.

Rainting is a word I coined describing a painterly effect, achieved by photographing the subject through glass that is being rained on, like a windshield or other. It achieves an oftentimes pretty or soft flowing effect, and sometimes other-worldly. It is usually creative, fun, and fluid, seldom harsh in my opinion. I have an album of them on Flickr. Rainting is already in "The Urban Dictionary" but I would like it to also be in a more sophisticated/educational type of dictionary. I started a public Flickr group of Raintings on New Year's Day 2020.
The more collegiate type of dictionaries say that the word has to actually be used by people before they're likely to publish it. So if you like the word and my idea, say it loud and say it clear and take a few Raintings and post them to my new group. Using my word and trying my new group are not inclusive of one another.

Elena is 30 with her birthday on May 27th. Height is 5,7 and weight 54 kg. She lives in Kirov. She has finished medical university and worked as the second surgeon in a small clinic for 3 years.
She is single with neither children, nor boyfriend and sometimes feels very lonely. It’s difficult to know why “her” pictures appear in scam forums.
Her father cleared off when her mother was pregnant, and so was brought up by just her mother who has since died.
She never got round to asking me for money
Eve came in on Christmas Eve to Heartland Humane Society, in Corvallis, Oregon. She did get adopted, I'm happy to say. She was an itty bitty thing.
Ohwrestler132 is a scammer. He was supposed to give me 60 and elites for my baseball mitt and he said he sent the cash thru the mail and showed me the letter with my name, address, etc so I sent the next day and now it's been over a week I haven't gotten my stuff and he won't text me back. For the two groups about being seen through a window, this little guy was only about 6 feet away from me, but I had to sneak a shot through my kitchen window.

At this elevation they appear more like scammers than Skimmers....
Until today, the only Skimmers I had in my Flickr Photostream were species of dragonfly.
Now I may have seen them before in Texas, but I doubt that because I have no previous photos.
I beg the indulgence of visitors, therefore, turned off by redundant photos, therefore, because these shots are for jogging my future memory!

ABOUT LIGHTLING/S
Lightling is the name of a character formed by photographing traffic lights, headlights, street lights, neon lights, or other lights, in the rain and usually at night. They appear sometimes tiny, unformed, deformed or otherwise different that what they actually were. These lights often are anthropomorphic, seeming to take on facial expressions, interpreted differently by viewers, but fun and interesting. Unless the photographer actually says or writes what the Lightlings really are, people are not likely to know.
The Urban Dictionary published my word in March of 2020, but first they had me write the following:
The photographer was taking Raintings of many kinds of lights through her rain-covered windshield. When she looked closely at some of them, many of the lights appeared to have human expressions. It was fun to see them and to know what they were in real life. She saw anger, smiles, doubt, all manner of expressions. One of her images had a lot of them gathered under a tree. Whether they were a new type of cartoon character or not, she felt they needed a name, hence Lightling.

Here's my comment:
As soon as I gave Andrew Lau his tracking number, he filed Disputes for "unauthorized transaction". That's what scammers do. He got a full refund. So HELL NO, I DIDN'T SEND THAT CROOK $4000 WORTH OF DOLLS THAT HE WASN'T PAYING FOR!!
I emailed Andrew Lau telling him that I was sending him something else that was more deserving.

ANDREW LAU knew BEFORE he shot that video that JennFL busted his scam and was NOT *giving* him $4000 in Integrity Grails for free.
🤔 He failed to mention in that video that he'd already been refunded in full... and that his Scam backfired on him?
So his video should be titled:
"Oops!! I was wasn't able to successfully steal $4000 in dolls from a woman in the USA."

Do you see her? I wonder what she is gazing at that is more interesting than the sunset, the fence and the big orb?
Also, without spending some time on it that I don't want to spend right now, I'm not positive when I decided to name Scrawny and the hill after him, Scrawny Tree Hill. So the Cloud Cat is the *soul of this one.

Please see comments #2 and #11 (I think I have those right) to explain what was on or invasively near my pictures without notice from Flickr. Apparently it was also removed without notice (who knows when or how long later). I normally give titles. They may be informational, or humorous or flippant but they're NOT just the file number out of my camera. I also normally have lots of groups, albums, and tags. It is unprecedented for me right now to post several hundred photos without those things. Go to my "Unprecedented (album)" for more explanation if you wish .
