beetle nut leaf seller, old section of Kolkata (Calcutta). From what I saw such scenes are rapidly disapearing.
For macro work this little Giottos tripod rocks! The Novoflex (blue ball head) is more sturdy but less versatile and so usually stays at home. The Giottos mini tripod however is always in my field kit with either the G10 or the S90. Despite its small size, it easily, and securely, supports the G10 and the S90 without any grumbling at all ;)

Canon S90 - or the camera I expected to hate…
Using it like a notebook. A brilliant pocket-camera camera that can produce nice B&W jpegs.
Volvo S90 models have never been popular in Malaysia.
They are not just very expensive, their spare parts are equally pricey and most importantly, S90 models have poor resale value compared to a comparable competitor like the Mercedes S class, a BMW 7 series or an Audi A7.
That's not to say that the above executive cars have excellent residual values either, but the S90 has traditionally never been hot on the second hand market. Most Volvo S90 cars are purchased by private companies for tax reduction reasons rather than personal individuals.
