A Robin nests in the cedar tree next to my garage, exact same spot as last year. The bird seems to be getting comfortable with me walking around its nest.
digital camera's have yet to hit the mainstream in the small village of atimpoku. These guys loved being able to see an image of themselves directly after it was taken.
The shrimp-like creatures from Carver's Cave seem to have made it out of the cave to the system of streams at the base of the bluff.
Edit: These look like they are the back legs of the creature. they appeared very similar to the one in this photograph en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Gammarus_roeselii.jpg
