Thank you for your interest in my artwork. I have been selling online for years and I absolutely love it! It has allowed me to sell my original paintings and prints to thousands of collectors worldwide. I have a Masters degree in Fine Art from The University of Tampa, but consider myself self-taught. True talent is revealed not through schooling but through painting.

In Australia there are many mailboxes / letterboxes like this in our country or rural areas. I particularly liked the character of this one with its rather corroded body and red rusty textures.
This mailbox is near Bowraville, New South Wales.
I'll be away for a few days guys.... wishing all my friends..... A very merry x'mas , Happy Holidays & Happy New Year
To all muslims.. Selamat menyambut Tahun Baru Hijrah. Semoga segala amalan kita diberkati ALLAH......Amin
Red Kite (Milvus milvus) Flying.
About 100 Kites gathered at this Red Kite Feeding Station showing remarkable aerobatic skills as they soared and dived to collect pieces of raw meat distributed on the ground.

Red Kite (Milvus milvus) calling in flight.
8 Kites gathered at the Red Kite Feeding Station showing remarkable aerobatic skills as they soared and dived to collect meat spread on the ground. There are normally lots more of these majestic birds but these few turned up late after following local tractors harvesting crops foraging for rodents and beetles. The others probably didn't need to come for extra food - (prime beef fit for human consumption).

A week or two ago, I took a small break from my husband's sweater to swatch some yarn in my stash. I like to think of it as a tryout for my next sweater.
This weekend while my husband's sweater dries from its post-finish soak, I will start a sweater for me.

Iowa State Capitol is right around the corner from this interesting old building. What a history... amendpackingcompany.com/
Sweet surrender on the quayside
You remember we used to run and hide
In the shadow of the cargoes I take you one time
And we're counting all the numbers down to the waterline
Near misses on the dogleap stairways
French kisses in the darkened doorways
A foghorn blowing out wild and cold
A policeman shines a light upon my shoulder
Up comes a coaster fast and silent in the night
Over my shoulder all you can see are the pilot lights
No money in our jackets and our jeans are torn
Your hands are cold but your lips are warm
She can see him on the jetty where they used to go
She can feel him in the places where the sailors go
When shes walking by the river and the railway line
She can still hear him whisper
Lets go down to the waterline

Every day this week we've had some rain, but most days we've had some sunshine, too; so I won't complain! I love the color of this rose!

The solid black tag on the right wing (no colour stripe) indicates this Red Kite was ringed / fledged in 1999 and marked or released in Wales. This makes the bird nearly 10 years old but it looks like it has juvenile plumage. Any comments?

This chunky style bracelet is made with crazy lace agate pumpkin shaped gemstones with deep carnelian nuggets and mocha Swarovski crystal bicones.
An ornate gold plate round toggle clasp makes for a great finishing touch.
Bracelet is 9 inches, but large beads do take up space around the wrist.
