We're Off To See The Wizard (Commemorative plate) by THE Halloween Queen

I have had this plate for approx. 25 years. I hope to pass it onto my daughter. The Wizard of Oz was my favorite movie when I was a child and I still will watch it, whenever it comes on TV.
