In snippets we've offered the ability to add CSS classes and IDs for a while. Of course without building those classes into the theme in the first place it's kind of useless. So we've added a feature to the site properties where a user can define a custom stylesheet for their entire site. If used the stylesheet will be linked from every page on their site.
