This is a really poor example since it's only two pages but I'm lazy. Reorg-ing pages is a matter of drag-and-drop. You can make a page a child of another. Make an entire branch of pages children of another page. Or move a page up to the top-level. The one page is selected hence why it's blue. Of course you can't see the cursor.
