My daughter had been playing for Uzbekistan team on Bowling World Cup in Toulon.
She ended ranking 44 worlwide.
They had an official Opening Ceremony in Tour Royale.
The Tour Royale (also known as La Grosse Tour) is a fort built in the 16th century to protect the entrance of the Petit Rade, the naval port of Toulon. It was the first fortification of the harbor, built 22 years after Provence became a part of France.

View down the central funnel inside of the Reichstag dome on top of the Reichstag building, the seat of the German parliament (the Bundestag). The funnel is a so-called "light-diverting element" with mirrors that guides diffuse daylight into the plenary hall of the German Bundestag ten meters below and also serves as an exhaust "pipe" that deflects used air from the plenary hall through the 10-meter-wide central opening at the apex of the dome (which you can't see here).
For whatever reason the checked "pattern" of the reflective windows on the funnel's base (theoretically one could take a look into the plenary hall) always reminds me of a gambling table at a casino, hence the title which I've borrowed from one of the best James Bond movies (and I also like the 1967 parody). But of course, there's nothing "royale" or "gambling-ish" about this profoundly democratic place (which, as you know, it hasn't always been). Surrounding the funnel's base you can find the permanent exhibition "From the Reichstag to the Bundestag" which tells the eventful history of the Reichstag building from its beginnings to the present day.

La relève de la garde
L'une des principales attractions de Copenhague est de voir la relève de la Garde royale. Le
défilé a lieu tous les jours en milieu de matinée et constitue un véritable spectacle.
Les soldats royaux commencent leur visite du château de Rosenborg à 11h30 et défilent dans le quartier latin de Copenhague, Ostergade, Kongens Nytorv, pour finir au palais d'Amalienborg pour la relève de la garde.
Il est important de prendre en compte que la relève de la garde à Copenhague n'a lieu qu'au son de l'orchestre royal lorsque la reine est dans le palais.
The Changing of the Guard
One of the main attractions in Copenhagen is watching the Changing of the Guard. The parade takes place every day at mid-morning and is a real spectacle.
The royal soldiers begin their tour at Rosenborg Castle at 11.30am and march through Copenhagen's Latin Quarter, Ostergade, Kongens Nytorv, finishing at Amalienborg Palace for the changing of the guard.
It is important to bear in mind that the changing of the guard in Copenhagen only takes place to the sound of the royal orchestra when the Queen is in the palace.

Third and last in this Vintage Iris series...
This image features one open flower and one out-of-focus bud that is soon to open. While the flower species is the Siberian Iris, I titled it Iris Royale due to that lovely purple color so often associated with royalty.
I lowered the exposure for a subdued effect, then added some texture for the vintage look. I like the result and hope you do, too.
Ce bâtiment fut construit de 1967 à 1970 comme siège de la compagnie d'assurance Royale Belge, puis devint propriété d'Axa lorsque celle-ci racheta la société belge en 1998.
Mais depuis plusieurs années, l'assureur avait transféré son administration au centre ville et le bâtiment était vide. Un promoteur a racheté le bâtiment et a réaménagé l'intérieur. L'architecture extérieure, l'étang et le parc demeurent inchangés.
Dit gebouw werd tussen 1967 en 1970 gebouwd als hoofdzetel van de verzekeringsmaatschappij Royale Belge en werd vervolgens eigendom van Axa toen deze het Belgische bedrijf in 1998 kocht.
Maar sinds enkele jaren verplaatste de verzekeraar zijn administratie naar de binnenstad en stond het pand leeg. Een ontwikkelaar kocht het gebouw en verbouwde het interieur. De buitenarchitectuur, de vijver en het park blijven ongewijzigd.
This building was built from 1967 to 1970 as the headquarters of the Royale Belge insurance company, then became the property of Axa when it bought the Belgian company in 1998.
But for several years, the insurer had transferred its administration to the city center and the building was empty. A developer bought the building and remodeled the interior. The exterior architecture, the pond and the park remain unchanged.
