This looks very graphic but the only jiggery-pokery done here, besides a crop and rotate, is a quick boost to contrasts and application of a gold filter to give it that metallic sheen.

Off to the wonderful realm of work now...happy, happy...joy, joy... :-(
Since they're always checking out my photos I figured it's about time I feature one of them here.
Here one of the Team Leaders uses the Oshkosh truck with a Wausau Rollover Plow attachment.
This rollover has been captured in 1974. This one had a very interesting "checkerboard" pattern on the brushes. From what I can see, this one was coin-operated.

Crews extricated three people from the vehicle in blowing snow with winds gusting anywhere from 70-90 km/h creating whiteout conditions. I thought I'd post this so people could see what this looked like undressed, (before the gold filter). I like both but think I still prefer the gold.

This rollover has been captured in 1985. It's the same one that can be seen on my galery (www.flickr.com/photos/182247940@N03/50633699603/in/datepo...).

This rollover seems to be rare, I guess it's the only one left in France. I was planning to film it but unfortunately the owner was absent, and since this machine works with a card, I could'nt use it (and it's maybe why the car wash seems broken down). It's a 2005 system, despite it's early 90's look!
I will film it in action ASAP !
Edit: this exact rollover appears to be a refurbished model.

Operations, security and other personnel escort the orbiter Discovery from the Orbiter Processing Facility to the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB). OV-103 will spend about five working days in the VAB, where it will be mated with the external tank/twin solid rocket booster assembly. The fully assembled Space Shuttle will then be rolled out to Launch Pad 39B. Liftoff on Mission STS-64 is targeted for early September.

This rollover has been installed around 2006 and dates probably from the 90's. Unfortunately this car wash is left abandoned. A sad sight. There is still power (the display is working and the pay station too). The brushes are in a horrendous stage !
This system has the traffic lights on the rear arms.
This exact system probably was a former esso system.

Car in front veered into a parked car and then flipped and rolled over twice. A few of us got her out before the first responders got there. The one person in the car escaped with minor injuries.

Rear view. You can see a very interesting thing here: the wheel/sill washers, that aren't the usual round shaped brush, but rather a small side brush, like on some Neptunes rollovers.
FLI stands for France Lavage International. This was a french manufacturer that's sadly long gone. The whole rollover range was pneumatically controlled.

On February 9, Chatham-Kent Police, Fire and EMS responded to a vehicle rollover involving an Ontario Provincial Police cruiser. The officer was in pursuit of a vehicle on Pioneer Line. Apparent poor road conditions could have played a factor. The officer suffered only minor injuries. No further information is available at this time.
