夜暮下,

雲霧,思緒,翻轉奔騰,

遠方,晶瑩剔透的地平線, 分割,今生的浪漫和來世的約定。 而,濃霧下的滾滾紅廛,

依然在悲歡離合中,輪迴。by Shirley

Rolls, every day,

as bales of hay,

in the ritual promise of May.

This week's theme for Macro Mondays: "red". I just love red, but it is so hard to photograph this colour. However, I knew right away what the object would be: these two red dice and I had great fun with them!

Have a great new week everyone! HMM

Thanks for all the views, comments and faves!

Volpaia - Radda in Chianti

Thunderstorm marching on. I hardly got away dry after this shot, but I enjoyed it a lot. The rain was so tight, it completely covered the sight on the lightning. If you look closely, you can see the bright spots, though, where lightning illuminated the wall of rain.

A cold and breezy morning at Teignmouth beach where the waves were crashing on to the sand and flowing up the beach.

Portugal Guincho

Rolling hills in Santa Ynez, CA. There are many fences carving through the landscape.

Taken last week at a very foggy Kimmeridge Dorset.

Westbound CN 119 climbs into Jasper, Alberta, with the snow capped mountains behind and an SD75I in the lead.

I've had this composition in the back of my mind for a while now, but conditions had to be right. Good sky, mid-high tide, north westerly swell, and the sun in a position where it would shed some light on the cliffs above the beach.....not much to ask !!! but everything pretty much came together on this shoot. I locked in on this compostion, and just kept shooting, experimenting with shutter speeds to capture the surf rolling up the beach. I settled for a one second exposure which I felt gave some feeling of movement in the waves. Hope you all like this one, and feedback will be most appreciated.......weather good in Cornwall today.

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally made it out today after the battering of the last few days.

Storm Malik and Corrie both creating havoc

I was too much of a coward, or less foolish to venture to the coast, so I did the next best thing and posted two from a few years back.

Today however, the winds had died down and I wasn't really expecting an awful lot.

To say I was like a child in a sweetie shop was an understatement and I will bore you with the numerous images I captured for a while lol!

Hope you enjoy as much as I did capturing them :)

I am still having fun with Pano-sabotage, this time with added layers of the same scene from a different angle. The finished image is not what the song writer had in mind, I am sure, but the song lyrics seemed to fit.
