I just bought this Rolleiflex Automat for a very, very reasonable price. Yes, it looks rather beaten up and "well used" but everything seems to be working. I'm hoping to run a film through it tomorrow. According to the serial number of 1008403 this model was manufactured between April 1939 and October 1945. I find myself wondering just what photos this camera might have taken during its life.

4x4 Rolleiflex, otherwise known as the Baby Rolleiflex, a 127 format TLR, reintroduced in the 1950s in grey.

A classic beauty: the Rolleiflex 2.8D with a Schneider Zenotar 80mm lens. Perhaps not the top of the heap for Rollei's but still a nicely engineered camera. This one made around 1955 has a sticker in the film chamber which reads: "For sale to and use by authorized U.S. Forces Exchange Patrons only."
UPDATE: The Rollie has moved on.
