25 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
Finely chop the tuna and mix it with the egg, egg yolk and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Pass the mixture through a food mill, using the disk with the smallest holes. Salt and pepper the mixture to taste.

I made 5 pumpkin rolls, some to give away. I took some to my in-laws yesterday. We had Christmas with them at their house, even though they will be here on Christmas day. She just likes to have us out to theirselves before Christmas. We had a good time, of course I at too much but sure was good.
Pumpkin roll
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp baking pd.
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup plain flour 1 cup chopped nuts (opt.)
3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 canned pumpkin 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Filling:
1 cup pd. sugar 6 tbsp. butter
8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet and line bottom and sides with wax paper. Spray top of wax paper with cooking spray. Makes it easier to take off. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Beat in pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients. Pour in lined cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Invert onto clean kitchen towel dusted with pd. sugar. Peel off wax paper. Roll up cake with towel. Cool. Unroll and spread on filling. Re-roll and slice.
While out on my walk this afternoon, I came across a busker going above and beyond the call of duty to attract a crowd. Apart from the fact that he must have been freezing his bits off, he had a mike and stand in the river with him, and a speaker on the small area of exposed bank in front of him - now, THAT's Rock and Roll!
Terrible singer, though... ;-)
