Wow! I am so glad this is done! After several months of building, the masterpiece is finally completed! I hope you enjoy it!
This didn't start out as being a huge MOC, but it just kind of expanded as I kept working on it.
The problem with a huge MOC like this is that is is hard to get a good background. I'm for a better editing program, the old one I used wasn't the best. Does anyone know of a good one?

This is taken during sunrise in Stirling. The view is actually opposite to sunrise, so the city can be illuminated by the golden light.
the museum has a great collection of paintings. the archaeological museum I cannot recommend as the quality of finds would not interest most people. [collaborative photo with Eugene Marangoni]

Here's one of my updated Rohirrim soldiers. I have managed to return to customizing
after getting paint of the Revell brand. It's the first time I paint using that brand,
and I must say I did pretty well. I plan on painting all the helmets, making several
shield designs (and yes, here it's a bit supposed to look as if it was painted on by the soldiers and such a bit, gives it that realistic effect if you know what I mean) and perhaps add
some more details on a few of the figs. Tell me what you think!

Le château de Rohan est un ancien château épiscopal construit à la fin du XVIIIe siècle par l'architecte Nicolas Salins de Montfort. Il se trouve au centre de la ville de Saverne, Bas-Rhin et abrite les musées municipaux.
Le majesteux Château des Rohan, avec son immense façade néoclassique, rappelle la gloire des princes-Evêques et témoigne du rôle historique de Saverne, siège de l'Evêché pendant plusieurs siècles.
Le château actuel est le quatrième d'une série de monuments qui se sont succédés à cet emplacement depuis le Moyen Age.

Just across the square from the massive Cathedral Notre Dame de Strasbourg, somewhat overshadowed, stands the magnificent Palais Rohan - a palace of French nobility, the House of Rohan. Completed in 1742 in beautiful French Baroque architecture, the palace has hosted French monarchs and countless foreign dignitaries over the years. Today you can tour the the residence or visit the Museum of Fine Arts, Museum of Decorative Arts or Archaeological Museum all housed within.
