My friends Ashley and Ben Aviotti just had a baby and they wanted me to design a robot battle that they would get printed on a vinyl banner, mount and hang in the little guys room. The colors needed to match some bedding and accessories that they had already purchased and I didn't want it to be violent. The direction of the "Flybots" imply the battle but no projectiles and happy faces keep it from being scary. This is what I came up with.
An experiment, these two robots would box each other trying to hit the panels on the other robot's chest.

My dad gave me this robot a while back. I think it was thrown out years ago where he used to work, and he likes to salvage things.
I'm not engineer-minded enough to figure out/fix the wiring and circuits and such, so Wattman doesn't work. But maybe one day.

The grabber things(technical term) for the cranes at the scrap metal pile look like some kind of robotic spider. In this photo it looks like a few of them came crashing through the building to make an escape.
Le Parc du Futuroscope est un parc à thèmes dont les attractions sont basées sur le multimédia et des techniques cinématographiques, audiovisuelles et robotiques innovantes. Il est situé dans le département de la Vienne, à 10 kilomètres au nord de Poitiers, sur les communes de Chasseneuil-du-Poitou et Jaunay-Clan. Il est entouré d'un technopôle implanté sur la commune de Chasseneuil-du-Poitou. Le complexe est accessible par l'autoroute A10 (sortie no 28), par la RN10, et par le TGV par une gare dédiée.
La fréquentation du parc s'établit à 1,825 million de visiteurs en 20101, et à plus de 40 millions depuis son ouverture en 1987 (2e parc à thème de France en termes de fréquentation depuis l'ouverture).
L'ancien emblème du parc était le Pavillon du Futuroscope, une sphère posée sur un prisme droit. Depuis 2003, le symbole actuel est le Kinémax (un autre pavillon), paré de multiples couleurs sur le logo et stylisé comme une fleur à cinq pétales, symbolisant le futur, l'image, la sensation, l'émotion et la connaissance.

After months and months, I finally got a chance to try the onesie with binding from Omi Creates that was posted during celebrate the boy!
On October 10, Swissnex in San Francisco invited tech enthusiasts to unwind from SF Tech Week with a one-of-a-kind decompressor: an experimental yoga session where robots take the place of puppies, inviting you to explore trust, vulnerability, and the ways AI is beginning to share our most intimate spaces.
