The San Jose Discovery Museum is using my Spinbots in a drop in workshop all month. The kids get to put them together and then use them to create pictures. This is an example of one of the Bots and the drawings made.

My son also likes robots. We discovered that the mystery minifig packs sold by Lego could contain this robot. We were able to snag this little guy before we had to buy too many (at least, that's what my wife and I tell ourselves).

The Robotics team traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to compete in the Midwest Regional Robotics competition. The team, and their robot, made it all the way to the semi-finals!
In these workshops students build projects in Robotics and related technologies, with the help of Roboversity's engineering experts.

Soon after this photo was taken, the robot completed five ~20 second laps, after which it promptly fell off the table, which warped the chassis and also caused the front QRD sensors to not work as expected for some time.
Isn't he the cutest? Maybe he can help me with some of my chores in getting ready for Halloween! Ha ha.
