He's not sleeping, he's doing surveillance.
You'll need to walk over him, he's not getting up.
The Doctor's faithful robot companion K-9! Second robot in my "Primitive Robots" recreating the classic robots of science fiction in my own style. Sculpted and finished a simple style, with a light faux stoneware finish.

- Prior to those more famous experiments in electricity,
Tesla was most fond of steam energy.
This little critter was designed to be a watchdog robot.
Not very interested in her prescribed duties,
she would just meander around the house in loops till she ran out of steam.
Consequently, they called her: LOOPY - Mister Tesla's Terrier

He has that cute, upturned snout,
that's why we call him SNOOTY.
Other than that... he's just a regular guy!

Dog shares with Joe and helps him gather more sticks for the stove along with some nice warm moss to sit in.
Joe notices Dog is shivering even though he is close to the stove.
Maybe this could help?

"I was ten, it's been eleven years. She time gated the operating
manual in my robot dog, Sparky here. I'm going after her."
These are a few of the toys on the second shelf of my toy cabinet. "Rover the Robot Dog" (seen here in both the red and the silver versions) is a German-made replica of a fantastic 1950's Japanese Robot Dog. I looked for the Japanese original for years, but even broken and fucked-up versions were selling for hundreds of dollars. The remakes are about as close as I'll ever get to having one. My all-time favorite windup toy. I must have bought about 35-40 of them over two years as gifts for friends -- they were a HUGE hit too.
The Cadillac is a rare Tootsie toy from Chicago. The tin machine gun was brought to me from China by a friend who had hell getting it through customs. Battery-operated, it makes rapid-fire machine gun-like sounds; sparks from a flint inside light up the muzzle.

The SWORD Defense Systems Special Purpose Unmanned Rifle (SPUR) was specifically designed to offer precision fire from unmanned platforms such as the Ghost Robotics Vision-60 quadruped. Featuring safe, chamber, clear, and fire capabilities that allows for safe and reliable deployment of the weapon system – providing the operator an ability to load and safe the weapon at a distance. These features also provide the operator the ability to clear malfunctions, and safely unload the platform prior to recovery. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor allows for precision fire out to 1200m, the SPUR can similarly utilize 7.62×51 NATO cartridge for ammunition availability. Due to its highly capable sensors the SPUR can operate in a multitude of conditions, both day and night. The SWORD Defense Systems SPUR is the future of unmanned weapon systems, and that future is now.

Here's a little bit of what else I do in my zany spare time. I created a software program, Robosapien Dance Machine, that lets people control their Robosapien and Robopet robots using just their voice. Normally you have to bang out complex keystroke combinations on the robot's remote control. But with Robosapien Dance Machine, you can use your voice instead.
I made a Robopet Video so you can see Robopet in action with me barking (pun, ew!) out the commands to him.
