I was sitting on the ground watching the bluebirds when a little boy stopped by to talk to me. He was about five years old and was with his mother and little brother. He asked, "Are you a bird expert?"

"I'm not an expert, but I know a thing or two."

"I want to be a bird expert when I grow up."

"Well, good for you!"

"Yeah, I want to be a bird expert instead of playing dumb video games. You don't learn anything playing video games."

So I've heard. He told me that he used to play Roblox and Jailbreak. He asked what games I play and I said that I don't play any video games, although I used to play chess on the computer long ago. He said, "I play chess on the computer!"

"That's great! Chess is a good game to play, it teaches you to think."

"Yes, I have to think about my next move."

His mom and brother came along and he went on his little way.
